We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The ride to the city center was really fast. The tram, station is close and you can reach the city center in 20 minutes. There is a free parking in front of the hotel and also a 24/7 bar. The ambient is great. Everything was perfect.

Great location and very nice looking hotel. Really good meals (apart from the breakfast). Unfortunately, the room itself was extremely uncomfortable because it was unbearably hot, and we were unable to sleep properly. We appreciate that air conditioning is not listed as a room facility, but in summer the temperature made the room unsuitable for a night’s stay. The portable fan was not enough at all.

Very comfortable rooms and bed. Preferred the more rural location outside the centre of Krakow. We slept very well.

Recently renovated Isolated, no lift!!! Staff not helpful, don’t have map, room key doesn’t work…

We were assigned to the last room available which is at the very top floor of their building next to the staff room. It all worked out well. They have a parking space for our car, and the location is very good for us considering that the main reason of our visit in Krakow is to visit the divine mercy shrine. Breakfast was also included in the stay. The place has no lift. This is fine only if the traveller does not have heavy bags. In our case, we had a huge heavy bag and that was a bit of a work to get to the room.

Clean and brand new! We were visiting during heat wave and air conditioning would be very helpful, but there were fans in rooms.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the manager and the stuff very helpful, the restaurant offers gourmet food, the room is very clean and pleasant, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.
