It was bit tricky to reach to the location, room was quite compact, actually I got a different room than what I choosed after looking into the pictures, I expereince some dust on the door, I found hairs in the bathroom also the the shower hadle was dirty. Wash basine top was broken from the edges it was clearly visible that owner had tried to hide it with bad fixingng.

Reception was not only helpful, but friendly. For me, the place had the perfect fit. Small, dorm-like, but with wifi, a fridge, a microwave, hot water maker, cups, knife, fork, etc. Perfect for me.

This apartment is in an excellent location for everything. It is clean and tidy with good facilities and they very kindly upgraded our room. They changed our towels during our 3 night stay. Reception staff are helpful and we were able to leave our cases on the last day after checking out so as not to carry them round for the day. (We stayed in a Deluxe apartment room 43) It didn’t bother myself however if you have a top floor room there are about 97 stairs and no lift. (Good exercise!) You can hear the train sometimes at night if the window is open.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, modern and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Krakow, as it's within walking distance of all the main attractions but still nice and quiet. Check-in was easy and the whole experience was hassle-free!

The walls are not soundproofed enough. There was noise from the neighbors at night.

The apartment is good. The location is excellent -- quiet and close to the old town. The manager Marek is very friendly and willing to help with finding the best activities in Krakow. I didn't like that it was somewhat difficult to get to the third floor of the building. Very high ceilings (which is good), but no elevator since it's an old building. Also, though the street is quiet, the people who were staying in the same hotel were very loud.

The apartment we stayed was in another building, the receptionist gave us the key and explained to us. Was easy to find/get in and so on. Rooms were spacious and clean, great location! Few minutes walk to the main square. Not that was an issue for us, but fyi = no elevators, just stairs.
