Good breakfast, nice location very close to a tram stop. Good shower and a/c. Nowhere to put your stuff, you have to live out of the suitcase.

The staff were really nice and helpful, the breakfast tasty, and good quality. The location of the hotel is excellent, we mostly walked to the center and back, oh and this neighborhood is amazing, so lively! It could use a renovation, if it becomes more modern it will definitely be a perfect stay!

The location is perfect. Location is close to everything. We don’t like crowded places, and this hotel/street is a mix of just ”right”. Sure there are tourists but it’s more calm than most places. Restaurants just a street away. 24hr shops and pharmacy just next door. Luggage storage available on the same street too.

Neat hotel at Miodowa stop, 3 stops from Krakow Glowny on tram #3 headed to Nowy Biezanow. It was a short walk from there to Plac Nowy where you get umpteen choices of zapiekanki, the polish open-faced sandwich. Also a short walk from piekarnia (bakery) and Hamsa restaurant, which I didn't get to try. Wieliczka Salt Mines was a highly recommended visit, you walk about 10 minutes to Krakow Grzegorski station and take a 20 minutes ride just outside the city, see amazing carvings in salt. Going to old Town is also easy, a tram that takes you to the Poczta Glowna and change to another tram (18?) that drops you off close to the castle 2 stops later. The staff seemed friendly although I didn't get a chance to talk much to them. All this was at a pretty reasonable price. Nothing. Maybe they should add the public transit options I am outlining in my review in their website for general public.

I've stayed at this hotel before. It's conveniently located in Kazimierz, on one of the main streets, but still away from all the commotion. The staff are professional and courteous. I was able to check in earlier. My room was spacious and comfortable. It had good lighting. And it had AC, which was so important during the heatwave.

Very good hotel in terms of value for money with excellent super friendly staff. Room was spacious for two guests. Excellent location, we walked to all points of interest. Bathroom rather small with toilet and zinc rather low.
