Amber Design Hotel is more like staying in a classic, charming and elegant Krakow home than a hotel. The design, style, and ambiance are cozy and inviting and the staff are gracious and welcoming. The location is excellent - very close to the old walled city without being immersed in its tourist activities. The beds are nice but too soft for my preference.

2 tiny pillows on the bed since I was solo. everywhere else I went the bed had 4 pillow like normal. after breadfast their isn't any service, even for a beer or a wine in the garden. breakfast was very lackluster

It was in excellent location, staff was welcoming g and friendly, very nice buffet breakfast, the hotel was clean and comfortable The bedroom was dark without natural light but well lit with overhead lighting, exercise facilities were minimal

The property was very nice, it was central to everything, the staff were really friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was also awesome and had a variety of options. I would stay again! There was no plug for my straightener in the bathroom.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean, well-organized, and felt very safe. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the whole place had a really cozy atmosphere. The backyard was absolutely lovely – such a charming spot to relax. A special shoutout to Emily at the reception! She was always so friendly, cheerful, and made us feel truly welcome.

Location, staff and breakfast were perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the the architecture and how they kept the original wooden stairs and fireplaces on each level of the floor.

The staff are a credit to you…. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Always wonderful to be greeted with a smile and a willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible. ? Would recommend as a great central location. The bedroom decor outdated and far too dark. Lighting poor. Carpets definitely need replacement and too much dark wood… Felt oppressive. Air conditioning wasn’t great. A must for me as this always the first thing I make sure when I book anywhere.
