They gave us an smaller apartment than booked. We claimed and changed it the day after. I admit the response was quick and good and to my expectations The facilities need more maintenance. Some parts of the apartment need repairs and maintenance. There was no coffee maker available.

I liked the fact that the hosts are so attentive and update you all the time eg how to pick up your keys. They are always available to answer any questions or queries. Nothing, these apartments are my go to place to stay each time I am in Krakow and I can not bear to stay anywhere else. This for me feels like home from home. I can take my family there and it does feel like my second home to me.

Always very responsive and accommodating Nothing

The flat didn’t look like on the photos. There was no dining table. The tv and microwave were scratched. The plinth in one of the rooms fell away from the surface And it was very noisy on the street in the morning, because there are some big construction works, all street is dug up. We woke up at 05.30 in the morning, because some “wise” workers decided to start construction. You should warn about this, as it causes inconvenience. You should also check Finale Apartments that have the same pictures and merely the same location as this property. It looks suspiciously. Usually I don’t write the reviews, but this time I don’t recommend this property.

Nothing. There is no adjacent parking because the entire street is blocked; unbeknownst to us, there was ongoing construction directly outside the premises, which led to a very disappointing stay. In our case, this was particularly difficult because we had to make our way to the room through mud and debris while travelling with tiny children from the next nearest parking (around 30 minutes away). The fact that this wasn't brought up in advance is annoying because it had a significant effect on our experience. Despite being close to well-known landmarks like Town Hall Tower and Main Market Square, the flat is considerably less enjoyable and accessible due to construction. Future visitors must be informed in a clear and concise manner about this circumstance. Very unprofessional.

Location and road under construction

We were not accommodated in this hotel, although we paid for it. Upon arrival we were given a another address. Because of that we've had to spend additional money on taxi.

The apartment was on a road that was totally a building site. If you compared pictures of Gaza city and the location of the apartment they would look the same as in devastated. There was no way we could stay in such a terrible location. We should have been warned of the devastation of the road and pavements and given an alternative apartment. We stayed one night, because we had to, and had to find a different accommodation for the remainder of our stay in Krakow. I am demanding the return of our paid monies, less the amount for one night of usage. The road works were started last year and looks to carry on for the rest of this year

There was no communication with me. No one said that road works were underway on the side and the entire street was dug up! That's why I sent sms to the owner and asked about parking options, but they did not respond me yet, and our booking expired 2 days ago. I understand there was instruction about parking sent in advance but when you arrive and see dig up street you would be confused for sure. We booked apartment for the 6 nights but no one came to clean or replace the towels in our room for the entire time. So we had to collect garbage in the garbage bags and live with it. Washer Machine is included but washer capsules not.
