Never once did the downstairs shower have hot water, and the internet was patchy at the best of times.

Great location, friendly staff and the room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Lacked privacy in the rooms as there wasn't any curtains and did lack a bit of space in the shower but didn't ruin my stay.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the facilities were clean, and the food was delicious. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the train and bus station. A special thank you to Lidia for accommodating my early departure and making everything so easy. Highly recommended!

If you're traveling alone, this is the perfect place for you! Super comfortable beds with clean, fresh-smelling sheets. Quiet room with wonderful staff. Bathrooms are always clean and fresh, well-organized, and with all features working perfectly. The hostel includes a free breakfast that is simply delicious, as well as dinner, which is also included and is a delight!! It's a great time to chat and meet new people. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchen, tea, coffee, fruit, candies, and noodles, all available 24 hours a day, simply sensational. Furthermore, each floor has its own kitchen, which gives you much more privacy for quick snacks, as well as a more discreet place to sit and chat with the people on the same floor as you. There is only one toilet on each floor for basic needs, so if two people want to use the bathroom at the same time, they have to wait for one or the other to finish.

As a vegetarian, I would have preferred that the cheese and meat were not served on the same plate, and that vegetarian wraps were not mixed with meat wraps. It would have been better to keep the left side of the bench for vegetarian dishes and the right side for meat dishes. Apart from that, the space for changing clothes in the shower area is very narrow—almost making it impossible to change comfortably.

Very confortable and friendly. I had to extend 3 more nights because it felt like home and besides that, It included breakfast and dinner too, which were quite delicious. Even if you came after dinner time, there is still something left to eat or drink.

The pillow was trash.

My room had a weird smell, but it wasn't overpowering.

Everything was organized and clean. The staff was so nice and warm.

The amazing staff! The spacious room with good bed linen & 2 big lockers (maybe better pillow!), the awesome super generous breakfast & dinner, the breaking bread atmosphere to promote warm cohesive group vibe! Nothing!

Superb place. Best location. Very close to railway station and old town. Sweet staff. Very very positive vibe the moment you enter the hostel. Highly recommend

They offer breakfast and dinner! You have to make bed by yourself…. If you check in after 11pm, some of the rooms are to dark to do it

I had a private room, it was great. The private rooms are on a separate floor from the reception, much quieter and had our own kitchen area. Right next to the train station. Free meals were great.

You could get into safety locker without keys from the back.
