Great location near sightseeing and the train station. VERY friendly and helpful staff; they were so kind and helpful. Very large apartment, but with an odd layout. The WiFi didn't work. We told the staff and they told us they would let the maintenance team know tomorrow, which did not help us. You have to pay to park, which was unclear in the listing. Also, our room was right above a vent from the Indian restaurant below. If we opened the windows it stank like Curry, if we didn't, we were sweating due to no A/C.

Super convenient location! - The gate to the old town is a block behind. Considering the Old Town is like 10min walk accross you are very close to everything. - It's across the street + few buildings away from a large shopping centre. I'm, not a shopping person at all, but went to look and found it very good. - The shopping centre is in turn is connected to the train/bus interchange. - Convenience store next door open from 7am, bakery from 6am, indian restaurant next door is actualy delightful. Special shout-out to 24/7 reception and very helpful staff. Lift was really there and much appreciated! It's small, only fits 2 people with bags. But it's a technical wonder to be fitted into such an irregular and tiny space. And it was much appreciated! The shower was rather a cold water than warm. Not freezing cold, but well below comfort. There might have been a way to make it hotter and we suffered for no reason. I didn ot spoke to staf about it. But I was too tired to talk to the staff, and we only stayed overnight. So we just had a quick cold shower (we are used to ice bath and swimming in cold water. I do not think the shower would be for everyone) But again, there might have been an easy fix to the problem. If I can confirm that the shower will be warmer, I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend Red Brick

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Brick Apartments in Krakow. The building itself is an old house full of charm and character, with a truly unique genius loci that adds to the experience. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the downtown area, yet peaceful and quiet. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms, a large and comfortable bathroom, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. During our stay, Krakow was experiencing a heatwave, and the thick walls of the old building provided a welcome escape from the scorching temperatures. Another convenient feature is the private (though paid) parking located just across the road Overall, a perfect place to stay for anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and a great location. Highly recommended! The only minor downside for all four of us was that the beds were a bit too soft for our taste. However, it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall positive experience.

Excellent location, a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5-10 minute walk to the old square, restaurants and central attractions. The staff were friendly, the desk was manned at all times. If there was an issue with the room, they arranged for it to be sorted if they could. The kitchen facilities were very basic, but enough to make a hot drink and prepare a snack. We didn’t use the 2 ring hob at all, but chose to eat out. The shower was not good! The water pressure and temperature were fine, but the shower head was positioned at about waist height and kept moving the direction of flow to anywhere but where you wanted it! Not practical or enjoyable. We spent the 5 nights with curtains which didn’t close, they had about 5 hooks keeping them hanging. Unfortunately the rail was so high that we couldn’t do anything about this and we told the staff about it but nothing was done. They did replace a light bulb though. Fortunately there was only a church outside this window so nothing overlooking us, but the light from the well lit church was on all night. The curtains looked awful, I hope they sorted it before the next guests.

I loved how close we were to the main center of town and all of the shops/historic buildings. It was also very nice and quiet at night. The concierge team treated us like friends and were informative about the area, they were on it! They asked all the right questions, held our luggage after we checked out and before we checked in. They also helped us look into tours and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much! There were inly two places I thought for improvement. First was the shower drain did not drain very well, so it was a little difficult to shower comfortably. I kept having to turn the shower off the keep it from flooding. Which I understand that it is an old apartment and so the plumbing would not be amazing but the drain should be able to drain effectively. The other thing we did not like was that there were no hand towels for the kitchen sink.
