There was tissue left under the bed. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned. There was a group of students around and it was quite noisy, but there was no staff there so I couldn't say anything.

Except for the mattresses, I don't know why they made holes at the bottom of the legs.

Location was excellent-just steps from the centre square. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Draggo has a breakfast deal with the restaurant very close by. The deal is excellent - and the food very good- but -we did not know you have to book through Draggo the day before you want breakfast. The first day we ate there we ended up not getting the deal and the food without the deal is pricey. We booked a room with our own bathroom - the bathroom was across the hall requiring a key for entry. Not terrible, just inconvenient.

Wide, easy-to-climb stairs: Spacious and manageable, even though there are two flights. Upscale atmosphere: Stylish, clean, and more luxurious than a typical hostel. Private bathroom access: Each room has its own full bathroom, even if not en suite. Great location: Very close to the central square and a small grocery store—super convenient. Self check-in: The door codes all work easily. The room key box system works well, and the older, worn keys seem to unlock the doors better. Too many stairs: One flight to reach reception and one more to reach rooms, may be inconvenient for some. Not every bathroom is in-room: Requires a key and if located outside the room, this may make some feel less secure or private. Limited privacy: The bathroom setup and shared spaces might not suit guests who prefer complete in-room privacy.

The location was fantastic. The bedroom setup was unique and comfortable. Draggo advertised air conditioning and upon arrival it was broken and not fixed for the entirety of our stay (3 nights). The hotel did not repair it during our stay or change our room and booking.com did not support either. The door handle of the unit was loose, dangling and broken. It still locked but was very difficult to open and close. The hotel could use some regular maintenance. There is a restaurant/club on the main floor (under the hotel) which is VERY loud late into the night (2am) on weekends. We knew about this ahead of time so it did not bother us but good to know ahead of time if you are sensitive to noise.

This was our favorite hostel room of our trip, it has a good set up which was convenient for 5 people in a room. The building has lots of character and the rooms have great beds. The location is excellent, right in the old historic part of town very close to the main square and restaurants. The only part we didn't like that the reception desk did not have someone there 24 hours like the other hostels we went to. For quite a while during the night someone was out in the hall/small communal area making a lot of noise and later on a group of people, and there was no one there to send them away or ask them to be quieter. So didn't have the best sleep but I'm sure it is not always like that.

The location was great, close to the old town, many restaurants and shops around I got a private room with a bathroom, however, due to the fact that there was no window, the smell in the room was terrible, can't recommend for a long stay, moreover I got no information about the check-out procedure, and there was nobody at the reception desk when I wanted to leave
