The location was great, vesry nice spacious clean room with nice interior own batchroom and fridge. The staff was friendly. It was great place for a short stay. No communication before 3pm and no respinse to calls or emails from the hostel. Noises at night due to neighbouring night club. I didn't expect it would be quiet at night due to location in the centre of an old town though. If you need an uber or a cab at 3am Sunday or Saturday nook it in advance as it is super busy.

Location and the services by the staff members were excellent, Just above the night club while until late morning party was going on and noise level was seriously disturbing. My room was just above the entrance while people used to speak loudly.

Fantastic Location, nextdoor to the Old cloth Market. Quite close to restaurants and such. But the Building and Interiors leave a lot to be desired. Musty bathroom. Multiple Lights But None are bright enough. Checkout is by 10.30 that is way too early for me.

The location and size of the room The bed sheets were dirty, it was very noisy even when the window wasn’t facing the street and there was only a small fan, no AC

Was in a great location and was easy to check in The room we were given was too small for us to even open our suitcases, it was very warm with no air conditioning and the fan provided didnt help much.

Great location, easy to walk around the old city centre and walk to other attractions in Kraków. Very close to the main square with the market hall in the centre. Good security with locking doors. Good shared bathrooms and nice adjustable showers. Located in a nice old building, with friendly staff when reception is open. The mattress was thin or too soft and it was not a really comfortable bunk bed

Great location, right on the old town square. Shared bathroom was great, well maintained and also spacious, not just shower cubicles Friendly staff and easy check in and out Bedroom was clean, however it was quite small and difficult to navigate with bags in the room
