Very well situated Room wasn’t cleaned at all one day and had to call for it to be cleaned the next day. Laundry too 36+hours and it was really expensive

Location in the main square The reception guys, was so unprepared, I asked for some changes, but all their responses: this is the hotel policy. Bad experience. Never come again at this hotel

The hotel is very nice, good decor and excellent location. However the location is also its downfall because of night noise. But only if your in rooms at the front of the hotel. Our 1st room top floor(501) practically has the elevator in its room. The lift shaft wall is literally 5ft from the bed. The lift mechanics were not too loud but the automated voice was. Lift going up, lift going down, 5th floor etc. I assume this will be the same for the rooms on other 4 floors adjacent to the lift. After our 1st night we asked for a room change which was granted to 1st floor room 103. This must be the worst room in the hotel for noise. Above the hotel entrance and on the busiest street in krakow. From 12 until 6am,a steady stream of hundreds of happy but very drunk revellers pass by , maybe stop at macdonalds across the street, making so much noise there is zero chance of sleep unless you are unfortunately deaf. Again we were relocated for a 3rd night to room 403 at the back of the hotel. Finally perfect and met expectations.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. When we arrived in the room there was a half drunk bottle of water left over from the previous guest, soaps were watered down, limescale build up around the shower area, the beds were very uncomfortable in addition to this the pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable.

Outstanding welcome service. The staff was awaiting my early arrival and even though the room wasn't yet ready, a beautiful resting area alongside cold prosecco was offered, whilst waiting for the room. Had a heartwarming conversation with the very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist, Mr. Ignacy as well as with the General Manager, Mr. Blazej - about their ambitions for the Orient Express theming. The location of the hotel is superb, literally 10m from the Main Square - Old Town, and nearby Mc D, grocery shops and numerous restaurants. I will definitely be back.

Staff is young and full of will to work. If some minor things happen, they are very eager to solve the problem asap The room didn’t have natural light and/or window unless you wanted for everybody from corridor see inside the room.

The breakfast was very good by most standards, but having just come from another 5 star hotel in Belgrade, our breakfast experience at the previous hotel was much better in many different respects (tables a bit crowded, juices are not really fresh (loaded with sugar), and breakfast options were not nearly as expansive as previous hotel). The hotel makes the best use of its space and the staff tried hard to help. Our room (102) was right above the street level, and the noise for the first night was absolutely unacceptable until about 3 am. I really couldn't believe how the night crowds chanted and shouted to the very wee hours. We really couldn't sleep. The manager was VERY helpful and moved us to new rooms for our second night to face the back courtyard. For the second night, it was very nice and peaceful.

Staff was very helpful, the duplex suite is very spacious and nicely decorated, a great stay for a family of four. Breakfast was also nice. It is located in the heart of the Old Town and has a couple of hotel-assigned parking spots in the street nearby. Otherwise, you can park in another parking some 12 minute-walk away. However, arriving at the hotel by car was extremely complicated due to local traffic limitations that are not really indicated in any of the gps apps. The staff was very helpful nonetheless.

The staff at the reception were incredible. It was our anniversary they gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a bowl of fruit. The hotel was very clean and in a fantastic location. Seconds away from the main square. The bed was so comfortable. Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was incredible. No mirror in the bedroom. Only mirror was in the bathroom which unfortunately delayed us getting ready. I couldn’t do my hair or make up whilst my partner was in a shower as there’s no mirror in the bedroom. The bathroom door is very very see through you can see your partner using the toilet from the bedroom I requested a room with a bathtub however I didn’t know it wouldn’t have a shower also. The water pressure from the “shower” head in the bathtub is very low making it difficult to wash your hair so I’d recommend staying in a room with a shower rather than a bath.
