Quiet room, quaint alley setting, exceptional access to food and culture, great hearty buffet breakfast in atmospheric vaulted cellar Our room (#2) faced a concrete wall= no view, but it was very cool and quiet, so maybe that was a blessing

Location was great as it was tucked away from Main Street so therefore nice and quiet. 4 min walk to nearest tram stop and plenty of Bars and Restaurants to choose from with a range of tastes Rarely anyone at reception desk but not a big issue

Location in Jewish area. Free luggage storage date of checkout. Decor was vile - carpet surely hadn’t been changed in 20+ years. Paper thin walls. Curtains didn’t cover full window so woken up at sunrise. Weird constant wet spot on bathroom floor.

Monika, the receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and very friendly. She went out of her way to help us by providing information about local transport and guided walks. She always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome.

Loved this location in the jewish quarter. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Shower could use updating, it leaked when using.
