TV placed very high, I would put it slightly lower. But this is really minor.

It's a pity that everytime you enter you have to call the reception.

It was on 3rd floor, much smaller than looked on photos..no bar, not many facilities

Cozy classic hotel for travel connoisseurs. This is NOT a modern hotel, but a property with a history and culture. It is attached to a dance and art school and across from an incredible park that is full of activities and stadium for sports. It is walking distance from center city and feels very safe. Our stay was too short!

It is a cosy hotel very close to the city center. Amiable staff, comfortable beds, clean room and toilet, spacious shower cabin. Breakfast is various and delicious. There is a room for everybody to prepare coffee and tea 24/7. Parking place is OK. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

The location is close to the city center and there is free parking at the site. Good breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and even if the room dont have fridge, the reception will gladly put some food in secured fridge if needed.

The room was of a very good standard, consistent with the class of the facility. It was very clean. All appliances worked properly, and the air conditioning was very quiet—its hum was barely noticeable. There are no electric kettles in the room; they are available in a designated area. It's a bit of a shame, as I like to have something warm to drink at night. But I could have asked at the reception—perhaps they provide such equipment upon request

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Krakow - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and a private free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff and unlimited breakfast included. Tea and coffee making facilities ( bean to cup coffee maker, not en suite but at the floor) made us feel very welcome!

Hotel Polonez was decent enough for a three star venue. The building is apparently converted from some other function, but it is not a problem, room had quite new furniture and was decent enough, so was the bathroom. Cost was not in line with the quality offered. When this hotel cost was nearly PLN 500, I could get an Ibis next to railway station, closer to the Old Town, at PLN 350 for the same dates. I chose Polonez exclusively due to location being close to the event I attended, but generally this hotel wasn't worth the price. I do have two specific complaints though. One is that when I entered my room, the temperature inside was 26.5 degrees C. It's good to have a functional heating system in the winter, but COME ON... Second was really underwhelming breakfast, where the food was not replenished 40 minutes before the end.
