Great location and hosts were great at replying to emails about where to leave luggage.

The location was amazing. The beds were great. The sun room made cool days perfect.

We specifically chose 7 Korona because it advertised baggage storage, as our flight was late in the evening. In reality, there is no on-site luggage storage — instead, guests are directed to another location about a 15-minute walk away over cobblestone streets, which is highly inconvenient with luggage. The storage area is also not under video surveillance, and we were explicitly warned that we leave our belongings at our own risk. Additionally, despite the hotel being aware that three guests were arriving, the third bed was not prepared. We had to figure out how to open the sofa ourselves, locate the bedding, and make the bed on our own.

The Place was large and well equipped. The # of door codes and lock boxes can be a bit of a challenge but doable. Location is great just off the main walking street midway between the Castle and the Square. Images of the units are mixed and not always of the room you will have. There are no balcony's as pictured.

The host has offered multiple bribes to leave a 10/10 review. These included a late checkout and discounts on future stays. Don't trust any 10/10 reviews, they are likely left due to said incentives. The apartment was otherwise okay. It was very spacious and comfortable, although there was a strong smell of drains from the shower.

Very clear instructions for getting the key, including a video. The location was really great in between the Main Square and Wawel Castle. The property had everything we needed and it was easy to contact the host. I would have preferred if the side road that led to the property was better lit as it was very dark when we arrived, but that is not a fault of the property itself.

Location was excellent There is no second bedroom as advertised it is a shelf accessed by a ladder , which was very difficult for us pensioners

The location is unbeatable, you are right next to Wawel and the main square. The hosts were responsive and the balcony is really nice. The check in was somewhat complicated, it like a puzzle you have to find where to go and you have about 3 codes to get to your apartment. The wifi is really spotty and weak and the tv is bad.

Location was excellent. Right in the centre of everything. Easy to walk to everywhere. Was a little bit confusing with entry system but once we figured it out it was OK. It would have been nice to have a tea towel. We had to use a bath towel to dry cups and glasses.

Spacious, good location, easy to get in and out with codes, couch bed was comfy, heating was amazing we wer kept warm Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, wifi could be better

Heart of the city, nice convenient charming warm apartment. Good communication with hosting company, i recommend to stay here. Was not cleaned enough, we found piece of glass on the floor. Also for some reasons we were not able to receive sms with check in instructiions at time of arrival, but after several calls everth was arranged

the location was great, walking distance to anything important in city centre. very quite place and very clean. temp was great, central heating. I saw AC units for summer time as well. kitchen well equipped, tea, coffee and sugar, washing soap as well. sofa bed was full size double bed, kids loved it. pillows were small, like cushions. no tea towel to dry plates.

Location is fantastic, famous landmarks, restaurants, shops right on the doorstep. Easy walk from nearest bus stop connecting both to airport and salt mine. Apartment is spacious and quiet despite windows looking onto main shopping street but quite empty and missing some basics that would be easy to remedy otherwise eg: there's a workstation/desk but no desk chair, in bathroom only hand wash is provided but no shower gel/shampoo, small things. My only "big" issue was the built-in fridge, that started rattling every couple of hours and one had to get up to nudge the door a bit to shut it up. I never had a baby to feed every few hours all night but now I know what new parents mean by sleepless nights.

The keys are codes that you received by SMS or WhatsApp, check both. The location is in center of old city, very nice to walk on the morning hours!
