Very good

Very clean, staff helpfulness and friendliness. Excellent location and lovely breakfast If we come again which we hope to, we would try to book a room on the third floor. The windows on the 4th floor were very small and low and it was difficult to take full advantage of the lovely street view

Breakfast was the best I have encountered in Europe. Fresh and plentiful. Location was amazing close to all parts of Krakow sights and restaurants. Staff went up and beyond to provide excellent service Cleanliness of rooms was excellent cleaned everyday Nothing

Nice, comfortable small hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nothing to dislike.

Great hotel in a great location. Well placed in the city for sightseeing - on a semi-pedestrianised road, a few minutes walk to the main square and a slightly longer, but still easily manageable, walk to the Jewish Quarter. Buses & trams are close by, easy to use and cheap - Bolt (uber) is also easy to use and cheap. The hotel itself is really nice, clean and has a good ambience. The staff are fantastic - Reception staff are friendly and super helpful, going above and beyond to help answer any queries or help with booking tour tickets. During the booking process we arranged airport pick-up - either by car or minibus, we used the latter as we had a lot of luggage including a huge bike transport box. The price of this is very reasonable. (Due to no traffic on the main road, you have to walk with luggage around the corner but it's not far and the driver is super helpful) Rooms are cleaned & towels refreshed daily - if you're "Do not disturb" they will come back later - not many hotels do that. Breakfast is served over a good time range (7 till 10) and offers a great range of food and drink - the staff constantly refresh the trays so no need to beat the rush (not that there is one - this is a fairly small hotel and not at all crowded. No restaurant in the hotel itself - but there are loads of excellent options nearby (....or try the attached Oyster & Prosecco Bar ) Overall, this is a perfect hotel for a city visit and I honestly can't fault. I can honestly say nothing to fault at all !

Location was excellent The air conditioning unit was too noisy

This hotel is very central but just back from the main square far enough to be very quiet at night. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. Liked it all.

We have stayed here before and went back because of its great location, lovely breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Noisy air-con but resolved promptly.
-
Location, quality of the premises, bar attacjed Breakfast, needed more cooked items. No evening restaurant

Location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The air-conditioning was brilliant especially as the weather was very hot. The position of the hotel to the main square was a 5 minute walk away. The choice at breakfast was very limited for me, as I am not a continental breakfast person. I was only offered a choice of scrambled egg it would of been nice to have a poached egg or boiled egg but maybe this is just me being fussy with breakfast.
-
comfortable room with excellent air con, top breakfast buffet with delicious scrambled eggs freshly prepared, very friendly staff. Amazing location right in the centre of old town.

I had a single room, which was as could be expected for size and still had a desk with chair, and small table with sitting chair. Decor cool. Having an iron and ironing board was useful (after being caught in a thunderstorm). Bed was good, even better was the breakfast and location. Bathroom had shower with wet room type floor and shower curtain which I haven't seen in a good quality hotel for a long time (and consequently the floor flooded). Nice to have a towel rail, but even on maximum is was barely even warm. Fridge was noisy at night, so needed an intervention.
