Truly an amazing and beautiful historical hotel just steps away from Wawel castle. The food and service was excellent. We hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful luxurious suite in an excellent location near old town and Wawel Castle, Staff was accommodating and wonderful Excellent breakfast, gourmet dinner People had loud conversations outside our open window every night for 3 nights in a row at 2 am - perhaps they were sitting at the restaurant tables under our window? I recognize city noise likely would be at any unique property where one can open a window, versus a standard chain hotel

The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. Our room was spectacular - the rooftop sitting area with hot tub was a unique treat.

We were in the Imperial suite with the rooftop hot tub …. The view !!! We had flowers chocolates and wines left in our room by the hotel very kind Stunning there is nothing not to like … when looking for the hotel look for the restaurant Pod Nosem it is above

Our rooms were beautiful - quite special! They could have told us to proceed in to the restaurant to check in ... maybe we missed that.

Location was ideal not too far from anything If I had to be critical the pillows could have been a little more plump, but all in all, there was nothing else I could fault

Fantastic apartment! Very big room, the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing. Everthing was just perfect! I was told that we could leave our luggages to hotel before we'll ger the room but when we were there, hotel's door was locked and nobody answered phone or messages we sent. We tried several times. So it was little bit frustrating to carry thosen heavy luggages for few ours with us and we wasted time because we could have let luggages also to our former hotel if we had known that we really can't get luggages as promised.

Excellent location in old town, very close to the castle and cathedral. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Lovely apartment with a huge amount of space and comfortable bed. Enormous bathroom has a shower and a separate bath. Excellent breakfast cooked to order Staff all really friendly and helpful

Everything was simply perfect! The suite exceeded expectations in every single way, the staff was super nice, professional, and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent; quiet yet close to the old town! I couldn't recommend it enough.

The Imperial Suite is quite superb. The furnishings, style and cleanliness are truly outstanding.. Lukas and the staff were on hand and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. It was a truly exceptional experience. I will return. There was nothing to not like about the property.
