VIKI Kazimierz really left an impression on me. I came back and felt the exact same warmth. The team is so lovely and the atmosphere is so comforting. The location is perfect - in the heart of Kazimierz and 10 min walk to Old Town. The hostel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the common area made it so easy to meet other travelers. Big shoutout to the staff - really friendly, chill, super helpful, speak excellent English, and gave us awesome local recommendations & tips. Great value for money and I left with so many good memories. Would absolutely stay again.

The bed was comfortable and had a curtain, a reading light, and a power socket, which gave me some extra privacy. The Wi-Fi worked quick

The location is perfect – just a short walk to Wawel Castle, the Old Town and many restaurants and cafes in Kazimierz. The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. I especially liked the comfortable beds with curtains, personal lights and lockers, which gave extra privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly

Very good location Nice staff Should handle more often the cleaning for the bathrooms and common areas (hals, kitchen). It gets "not so clean" in the afternoon/evening

A very comfortable and welcoming place. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visit all the main attractions.

The camera in the kitchen that observes you all the time is a bit unnecessary in my opinion. I understand having cameras in hallways and places where people pass by, for security purposes and all, but to watch someone the entire time, including while they eat, they cook, they work or just relax, just made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. Also yellow lights would make the atmosphere much better and fitting for a hostel, than the white ones, especially since you can't really control turning them off.

Comfortable beds, clean room, kitchen, bathroom. Excellent location, helpful stuff. Not possible to close the windows properly , the frames are faulty and it blows through from outside

I stayed in a 4-bed female room. It felt like the girls were living there permanently. Their large suitcases were left open in the room, so there was no space to move around. They took up all the shared space to hang jackets or towels. They dried their clothes in the room, which made it very humid. They never aired the room out because they hardly ever left, so it smelled bad and can worsen breathing issues if you have any. They also slammed the door every time they went in or out even early in the morning or late in the night.The rest of the staff never smiled and didn’t even respond to my greetings. But is good for the price you pay.

Bathrooms don’t have shelves and are very small. No place to put your things when you shower. Also the shower curtains stick to you because they are made from such a thin plastic material.

In the female dorm, guest can lock the door from inside, then I have experienced it because another guest did then I couldn’t open it by myself

Comfortable quarters with separation curtains. In room lockers helped with keeping items safe and lessening stress. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery and other necessary items and the fridge kept my food cold. Showers were clean and all amenities worked.

Cheap price, great location The way the workers plan out where everyone sleeps

Location The hostel has three types of keys to access the place including a card a code and the keypad which did not work and nobody answered the number placed on the ddor!!!
