I had everything I need inside: Shower, kettle, cups and spoons, towels, and detergents. It’s a silent place in Old city. There's nothing to mention here

Excellent location, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the park by the river and to the Wawel Castle. Located about 15 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport. The room was comfortable, very clean, with a large balcony. The bathroom was big enough and perfectly cleaned. The 24 hour reception was a great asset, all the girls were very friendly and helpful. I put an excellent rating! The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Might consider putting utensils in the communal kitchen. We found only one café around and it doesn't open before 10:00.

There was no hair dryer. Also the toiletries were not enough.

Fantastic location, super convenient, trams from Krakowska street would take you anywhere you need :) I appreciate kettle and fridge in the room. The room was big, clean and warm. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Bedside lamp would be nice. Ceramic mugs instead of paper mugs in room would be better. Keep an eye on mould under the shower, easier to remove when is small.

In the Jewish Qtr but walking distance to krackow Square, the Reception had little English and we had no Polish ... so there was some communication issues.Overall it's University accommodation. No wi fi working in room , had to go to Reception to get wi fi
