Nuostabus personalas, o ypač Aleksas, kuris išsiners iš kailio kad išspręstų jūsų problemas. Ieškos kol tas, spręs kol sutvarkys. Bed was a little bit stiff but they putted a blanket on it and it worked for us

The breakfast is excellent with good quality and a great variety of food items. However, I didn't find any juice available, and the staff member did not ask whether we want juice. The room is small, and we doubt the floor size description is correct for a deluxe room.. The twin bed is quite narrow compared to the standard twin size bed. Though we were disappointed with the small bathroom with a small sink, we like the heated towel rack. No body lotion and shower cap were provided.

The breakfasts were really good and varied. At our last night, we had to do an early checkout for our flight, and the staff made a well prepared breakfast box for us to go, which was really good. The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day. Staff was very helpful and polite. Pillows a bit small and the blanket is not big enough. But we asked for more pillows and they gave us.

The location, it's in a really nice neighborhood and accessible by feet to the old town. Also the facilites and the building looks new! Breakfast was also nice with many options. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were stains on our bedsheets and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Being with a 4 month baby this was rather distressing. To be fair they addressed the issuess relatively fast though. We also had requested that our twin beds to be connected as one, but they forgot about it.

The room that they gave me the fridge was broken not working they didn’t tell me and I put my medicine inside it so when I looked at it in the morning to take a medicine I found it very bad I didn’t take my medicine and it was very Dengrous for my health I asked them to repair the fridge or change my room they refused and didn’t do any thing to help

location is good, nice friendly staff. booked a double room ended up with 2 single beds. maid came in and put the beds together and left us with 2 single duvets. Also room was next to the office so could hear people going in and out all the time and hoovering at 6.45am????? so noisy!

The staff, breakfast and location are superb. I had a small problem with my mattress and they replaced it immediately.

Room as expected. Shower okay. Towels quite small and a little old. Great breakfast buffet. Most staff good. One of the staff mot as helpful as the rest.
