Great location, love the breakfast buffet, reasonably priced. The fan in the room helped. But due to the heat wave it was still very hot.

When we went it was very hot and there was no air conditioning, but it wasn't a major issue.

That it is located in the heart of old town Very noisy outside and inside, no hot water in shower, no gluten free bread for breakfast

The pillows were very big and kind of uncomfortable.

Our room was overlooing the back courtyard and there is a contruction going on. Construction starts at 7.00 am , noisy .. Location is just excellent , in the very center of Jewish quarter , full of restaurants , bars ... The room needs some renovation

The location is great , right in the Jewish Quarter, and a 15 walk to Wawel Castle abd 21 minues to the Old Market Square. There are various restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast offered a good selection.

Female staff was very impatient with us when we asked them questions. They were not rude, and since this is our first visit to Poland, not sure if it's the culture. Just not what we were used to from hotel staff after visiting 42 countries and many hotels.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff very friend. Excellent ensuite with shower. Breakfast was very good. The room was roasting and no amount of turning the radiator down cooled the room. Had I stayed for longer I would have said something but I was on a stag do and just endured it.
