The location of the hotel was great. It was very clean and neat. The breakfast was also delicious, and the restaurant in general was good. The staff was kind and welcoming. The view of our room was breathtaking.

The hotel was in a good location with lovely sea views, especially being able to sit and watch the sunset from the restaurant. The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and so breathtaking, also it’s a great sized space. We had a double bed with a single and it was more than spacious for 2 of us. The bedding and towels were changed daily, it was super clean. Great shower and excellent wi-fi. The staff couldn’t do enough and were really friendly. The breakfast was huge and really filling for the day. The hotel is in the best location and a few minutes walk to the beach. The room is sound proof so you can’t hear the music from the nightclubs and the doors have double locking system so super secure and you have a safe in the room. This is an amazing hotel and simply has something about it, its family run and you feel right at home. Also the bus stop is outside if you’re coming or going from Sarande. Highly recommend. Nothing

We really enjoyed our stay in Afa Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The bedroom was not very big or luxurious but it covered all the basics. I must say that the suite was very clean. The shower doesn't have a tray so the water spreds a little throughout the badroom but that was the only negative thing to point out. Breakfast is not buffet and has less variety compared to other hotels. However the food tastes like homemade, super tasty! The ham and cheese toast, omelette, sausages and cream croissant were delicious! The hotel is close to the beach (less than 5minutes walking) and has many restaurants around. In front of it there are also a pharmacy and a supermarket. If you are looking for a place with a good value for money, I definitely recommend the Afa Hotel! I do not usually write long reviews like this but the staff truly deserves it. It can be a bit noisy during the night, since it is located in a main street. Maybe get a shower tray for the bathroom.

The accommodation met all our expectations. It is located centrally, but still away from the noisy bars and clubs. The room was very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was a set menu. Although not a buffet, the offering was more than fine for us: a choice between toast or eggs, then a croissant, bread with jam and butter, tomatoes... only one cup of coffee and a bottle of juice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The taverna within the establishment is also a very good option for having lunch/dinner. All in all a good choice for Ksamil. The hotel is situated on the main road but that did not bother us particularly.

Amazing location, views over Ksamil are great - esp at sunset! It’s also just enough out of the intense beach club scene to be relaxing, but easily walkable to everything. Staff were really helpful, and the taverna downstairs was excellent. Parking was also really easy. All in all loved it! Small thing and def not a dealbreaker, but bed was pretty hard.

the bed is very uncomfortable, we left the hotel 3 nights early because we couldn't stand it. of everything, only the view is okay.

Sunset from sea view room was amazing, lovely balcony for it. The staff are really sweet and the atmosphere is relaxed. The location is fine, a short uphill walk from the beaches which is good as it takes the edge off the bar music down there. Bed firm but good, quiet air con, fast WiFi and nice finish to room and corridors. I reckon we'll come back if we return to Ksamil. Nothing, they should lock down the WiFi though - simple fix.
