It was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location, only 3 minutes walking distance from the beaches. The breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and offered a variety of coffees to choose from. Free parking was available, and the room was cleaned every day. The price was also very good compared to other hotels nearby. just a bit noisy at night from the nearby clubs

The view was amazing.. better than the pics :) nice location..easy walk to beaches and the village Sleeping is only possible after 11 30.. maybe it's worth mentioning that .. music get very loud at night. But after 11 30 was just nice.. Room was good but no elevator.. we had to pay in cash but this is a common problem even in Saranda Breakfast was good but limited options :)

Breakfast was okay, location was great. Hotel is a bit old but everything was clean and neat. Just simple and basic. Located near the center of Ksamil. This is a very nice area to walk along, spend a day paddleboarding or kayaking, or relax at one of the seaside restaurants. During the evening and night time it is very noisy though because of the very loud music from every bar and club, so we didn't really get much sleep. We wouldn't recommend to stay here longer than 2 days. It's nice to visit Ksamil and to see everything going on there but it's very touristic and not very traditional.

The location was great and view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was 1 of the best we had the coffee was great. The view from the veranda at breakfast was stunning. Unfortunately my lower score is through no fault of the owners so I wish to point that out. Both nights we had long periods of interrupted sleep due to constant barking from the dog thethered at a derelict property next door. Such a shame.

The view from the balcony (and the terrace where the bar/restaurant is) is spectacular especially the sunsets. The hotel is a close walking distance to tavernas, beaches, supermarket, shops, bus stop etc. Good sized room and bathroom. Towels and sheets changed frequently. There was too much loud 'boom boom' music coming from the beach clubs at the beach downhill ( day and night). Additionally, there was a dog chained in a derelict building next door that barked frequently day and night. You will need earplugs to sleep. There is only one mirror in the bathroom above the sink. It would be useful to have a long mirror in the room. The beaches and piers in the whole resort are packed with sunloungers so much you can't see the white sand. A lot of jet skis whirring in the beautiful bays.

The location is very very central. 2 Min from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was good. Room was also comfortable. The only thing was that we could not sleep till 2:30am because of the music from the beach clubs, its like you have them inside your room. Crazy loud. I would not come back :(

The location is very close to the beaches and easy to get there. We had a great experience, the place is very clean, has spacious rooms, sheets and towels are changed daily, the view is spectacular and the family who hosted us was very friendly and helpful. We ate delicios pasta, risotto, lamb, and the breakfast was perfect. We will definitely come back next year. Everything was great, no complaints to add. ?

Great location, very close to Ksamil center and the beach. The owners were very polite and hospitable. Fantastic breakfast where you get 6 options to choose from. I recommend asking for the freddo cappuccino coffee. Last but not least, you have the best view of the Ksamil beach and islands.
