Very friendly staff, right on the sea, best sea views!

Sraff was nice, breakfast was great, nice view One room didn't have air-conditioning and it was extremely hot! Didn't have teapot, so was impossible to make our own coffee, lots of stairs to the room, very basic facilities

Absolutely the best location in Ksamil. The view from the balcony was great and a free parking outside. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach. We booked a room with a sea view but got the a room facing the other side. After talk with the owner we got the one we booked. The breakfast is minimal not including a coffee ,only juice. Also one of the closets door was broken.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the room very clean, the owners are amazing.

The location at the beach, parking and breakfast were very good. The air conditioner worked well and the glass doors to the deck were great quality to shield the sun and (most of) the noise. Difficult to communicate in English with the hotel staff. The refrigerator in our room was not very cold.

The view was incredible. The staff were very welcoming and amazing. They provided us with a very good breakfast and cleaned the room thoroughly twice. Thank you.

The room is really nice, everything is very nice. The bathroom is also nicely done, new and tasteful. There is a beautiful sea view from the terrace. You can see the bay and the small islands. With a view of Corfu in the distance. According to European classification, four stars is a big exaggeration. The hotel has no restaurant at all. There is no decent bar where you can drink or eat anything. Breakfast is served on a small terrace with a total of three to four tables. The selection is poor. The choice of a few dishes listed on a small note is exhausted. Eggs are definitely the first course. You can only choose between omelette, fried egg or boiled egg, otherwise there is no “main course”. You get 1 fried sausage which is otherwise delicious, some rings of vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers. Then you can ask for natural yogurt with cereal or oats or some croissants or some kind of pancakes and that was the breakfast. Tea or coffee on the side. There is no buffet at all. The “hotel” does not have any other services, such as a swimming pool, gym, etc. The water usually runs out after you soap yourself and stops in the shower... But there's no need to worry, because it "restarts" after about 1-2 minutes and you can continue showering. So no panic.?? The air conditioning works but is noisy, sometimes making strange noises, which is unpleasant while sleeping. We used it only for heating during the night. This is far from a four-star service.

Nice view from the balcony Reception and overall attitude (service), e.g. we were not allowed to pay by credit card even if it clearly states it is okay. Shower did not work well and the sofa bed was bad.

The rooms are nice and spacious, balcony has amazing views and the host very welcoming and friendly. We spent three very lovely nights here at the start of our trip around Albania ?

The stuff is nice. They solve every problem that you address them. The broken water supply (you need to wait for the cold water or firstly open the cold water to get the warm one). The breakfast is also not so good. Very fatty. But eatable.

The hotel is super. The view from the window is just super. The sea exceeded all expectations. Excellent. Young beautiful hostess. Everything is just super. I recommend.

we had a very positive experience. We were accommodated with a (very) early check in, at no additional cost. The room was clean and fresh, bathroom was well presented, and we got a small balcony. Margaret / Margarita was lovely to deal with, stored our luggage after check out, arranged a taxi to our next destination, and overall was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Location is absolutely perfect ?, very handy for the beaches and bars. The view from the balcony but these things happen.

Location was more than perfect! Literally only 5 minutes away from the beach. Breakfast is far from being the best. It was Ok though.
