Nice hotel. always clean. good breakfast. parking. clean pool. pleasant staff. We really loved it. about 5-10 minutes walk from the center. 10-15 minutes walk to the Poda beach.

It’s a really nice, very clean property at a good location. The staff was also exceptionally nice and professional. The room was a bit dated.

Location is nicely situated quite close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are handy close by. Only thing we have had was a squeaky bed,but we have already talked with the management about this?

Very friendly, very clean, great staff, nice breakfast, good pool. We missed having a room safe and more clothes storage

we have had a great stay .. rooms were nice and big and being a family of 6 we had 2 rooms next to each other on the ground floor witch was great. pool was great they have a small pool for children and then the big one, kids loved it couldn't get them out of there. breakfast was very nice also they tent to change a few foods every morning witch was nice. Staff all spoke English so was easy to communicate. we would definitely book here again if we ever back to ksamil.

People polite but still need to improve customer service.I was checking the dinner buffet to decide whether I would have dinner if at the hotel restaurant or not and I was notified very quickly that it was not included in my reservation.

The hotel is simple, but the location is very good, close to a very nice beach, in my opinion nicer than other more popular beaches like Paradise Beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a parking garage in the hotel and an outside one a few meters away. Breakfast was ok, but there was no warm milk available at the buffet. We could get some cold milk and request to warm it. Cappuccino was extra.

Great breakfast, clean rooms with balcony and sea view. Easy walking distance into Ksamil so don’t have to worry about parking in town Next to main road going into Ksamil, so very busy. Although the noise did not disrupt sleep, as we used aircon and kept door closed. Small pool area. Not much parking on site
