the room and the space overall were great!! the hosts were the most adorable ever, they made sure everyone was good and were super cute and talkative :) the hotel is a short walk to the beach, even though is a small one, it is still nice! would 10000% recommend

quite a new location, modern and well equipped. located in a quiet part of Ksamil. The breakfast buffet is very nice. rooms are well maintained, clean and cleaned on a regular basis. parking is available. coffee for breakfast has airline qualilty (filter, quite thin)

Good location if you don't want to stay in the chaos of the beach bars, nice owner who was accommodating and modern room

The room was clean The room was very small with little space for suitcases, with strange lightning. The breakfast was very simple and sometimes the buffet food is gone. The location surrounding is not great, but a 10 / 15 mins walk to main Ksamil area.

The room is very small, good to sleep over and have a shower. Very clean, nice terrace with the breakfast included. Good value for money. Quite place ?? They don’t allow to bring fruits to the room (apparently, it’s a policy) as they are afraid that juice can stain the sheets. Good point, but disappointing, as I wasn’t going to eat on the bed. Coffee was very weak, cheese tasted strange, bread tasteless. So don’t rely much on the breakfast.

The rooms was like the photos and it was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was really good. ☺️

Was a lovely apartment and Luisa was a friendly guest. For breakfast there is a good selection of food and you can enjoy it whilst looking out at the views. A good place to stay if you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach. The room that we stayed in was a little bit small.
