Owners of the property are amazing people . The rooms are so clean and everything as a whole seems perfect . Very respectful people and they make you feel so welcome . Very responsive and very helpful. They made my family trip a lovly memory❤️

Tthe towels and bed linen were clean. But the toilet, or rather the floor, was hairy and not clean enough.I would rank it a solid 6 out of 10!

The owner is kind and the place is clean. They have beautiful restaurant for breakfast. The service at breakfast was great, waiters deserve 5 stars. People are friendly. Abiori is definitely one of the best apartments in Ksamil. Breakfast is good but could have more variations. At the moment they offer eggs, jam and honey. We asked extra for watermelon and cheese and cereals and got it, which is very nice of them. The beaches are extremely crowded (last week of august), loud music is everywhere and we had to pay 10-15€ daily for 2 sunbeds and umbrella. It is not possible to find a quiet beach in Ksamil with less people and natural shadow. Many streets have no asphalt. There is a lot of garbage in bushes on the beaches and on the sides of the road - very disturbing if you’re coming from a clean country. Prices are very high in Ksamil - like in Croatia or Greece, but other countries are much cleaner and nicer in my opinion.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very clean and the sheets smelled amazing. It’s a little further away from the restaurant and beaches but we did not mind the walk. Linda, the owner is lovely and helpful. I’d stay there again.

The apartment and the whole building is new and modern and it is very clean. There are nice features like self-service storage with towels, coffee machine and washing machine. Pictures of rooms are accurate as well as described distances to beaches. The owner is friendly and helpful. Property has private parking. Internet is good and air-conditioning works very well. Stuff in Abiori restaurant is also very friendly, food is very nice with decent prices. Breakfast is also nice but without too much choice We had misunderstanding about sun-beds and umbrella, on property description is written that it is free-of-charge for villa guests but at the end it turned-out that in high season we had only reservation and we had to pay for place like other beach visitors.
