The staff was very friendly, Sarah was amazing host, as well as the owner who helped me with some issues we had with our car. Amazing overall.

The hotel has such perfect service, I have never seen anything like it. It is very clean, breakfast is prepared with soul. The staff does everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible and even more, they help in non-standard situations. Even before checking into the hotel, our daughter got sick, they helped us get to the hospital, we could not come to breakfast and they packed food for us to take to the hospital. The location of the hotel is also good, despite the fact that the hotel is located at the entrance to Ksamil, within walking distance there is a picturesque beach, on which there are very few people, there are shops and restaurants nearby. We recommend this hotel to everyone and when we return to Ksamil again, we will also choose this hotel.

The staff was wonderful, everything was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The only issue was that Booking.com stated that card payment was accepted, but in reality, we had to find a currency exchange to pay in cash.

The property was a prime location by the beach. We loved the room and even had a lovely balcony! The staff were very friendly and kind. Our shower head was a little wonky. The temperature was either far too hot or far too cold. We ended up having to use the lower tap in the shower rather than the shower head.

Very nice and clean hotel near the city center. The manager, Sarah, was adorable and very helpful.

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a nice little beach a few minutes walk away and it didn’t talk long to walk into town and the bigger beach. Breakfast was good
