N/A First off, I had to leave a day before my check out because we did not like the stay at all. The humidity was insanely high, and the room had an off-putting smell that we just couldnt get used to, (regardless if the AC was on or not). We left at 11 in the night because the humidity was suffocating us. When I first came there, the host asked me for the money right away and didnt even give us a recipt. There are no trashcans throughout the villa. I booked a triple room with a garden view and the pictures made it seem much larger than it was. There was no garden view at all. There isnt even a large enough window for a view. The bed was horrible and was creaking all night long. The bathroom had an awful smell as well. The owners are also always in your face, past the point of being attentive. We felt we had no privacy. The host also came into our room without even asking us when she could be able to come or if we even wanted her to come. There was genuinly no privacy, I understand that the host wanted to attend to the guests needs, however this is way past the limit.

The hotel is very well-kept and properly maintained. The location is very conducive for a nice and quiet holiday since it’s not in the crowded and noisy area of Ksamil. They have a sweet little garden where you can also sit and relax in the evening. The location is very close to the beach, a very nice beach area with amazing view and clear turquoise water, with affordable sunbeds and umbrellas. You can rent them for as low as 10€, for as long as you want. Another thing that’s worth noting about this hotel is the fact that their beds and pillows are so comfortable and the water in the shower and the sink have very good pressure. The air conditioner also works very well. Generally, the room is really nice, clean and comfortable. Also, I noticed that the owners are not nosy people. They just let you be. The wifi connection. It’s almost non-existent in our room but we didn’t bother ourselves with it. We just bought a sim card with 100 GB for 30 €, available for 21 days. With this, we were able to connect to the internet anywhere and anytime we want during our 7-day holiday.

Near the beach Too much construction around.

Friendly family managing the place, clean and quiet room.

The excellent location of this property is a quiet place, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The center can be easily reached on foot, but loud music and traffic will not interfere with your relaxation. The sea water is very clean and warm, there were no high waves or algae. Be sure to visit the local fish market - a local chef will cook fish, seafood and huge shrimp on the grill right in your presence. The villa has a kitchen, and there are also apartments with a kitchen inside. We never heard the neighbors. I think this is a place we will definitely return to next year.

Its a family business. They are always reachable for any kind of requests, help, advices. The room was very clean with included kitchen and a small bathroom stall. We had two balconies (alternating one side facing the sun, the other facing the shadow, oceanview on both of them). Everything you need. Enjoy! Location is really good because: - its quiet around there and not too crowded - close to the beach, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and the bus stop Nothing!

Nice outside area and beautiful building. Very quite and next to an less touristic beach. The rooms were clean and the Manager is trying hard to make early check-in possible. Payment in cash only

Host was extremely friendly and welcoming. Family run business. The property and surrounding grounds are well kept and maintained with care - much preferable to a larger hotel as I felt more welcome and comfortable dealing with the hosts.

Clean and modern room. Nice and friendly hosts, very hard working and kind. Room service after three days. Food and healthy breakfast for an extra cost. We loved to eat outside under the olive trees. Close to the street and couldn't sleep with an open window. And some noise from a terrace with live music until late, on the weekend. The air conditioning solved the problem.

Room is nice, location is close to the calmer beaches and away from the center noise. The center still is perfectly reachable walking. Hosts are a lovely family. Fine for me but some ppl might not like the fact that there isn't a closed shower, the shower just find into the bathroom floor

The staff was great 11/10, easy check in, good actitude, they was available 24/7 dor any doubt. Thanks for all!!
