By far, the best part of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and at home. Our children especially enjoyed their time there, which made the experience even more memorable. We would happily stay here again. There was not one thing I didn’t enjoy about this property.

I’m very happy that I chose Sondor Hotel instead of others in Ksamil. The room was very clean and maintained to a high standard. The pool was excellent and the breakfast was delicious (not like in big hotels, it was really delicious). The owner was very kind and helpful. And if you’re traveling by car there’s plenty of room in the underground parking lot. It was very peaceful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel :)

Wonderful, modern hotel in Ksamil. The pool is beautiful, staff are kind, breakfast is plentiful and the location away from the party zone is optimal. Needs stronger WiFi in the pool area

We stayed in Sondor Hotel for 4 nights and we loved every minute. The hotel is very clean and modern, our room was lovely and the bed was really comfy. It was cleaned every morning and we received new towels every day. The manager couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, he was there to greet us every morning for breakfast and couldn’t do enough for us. This hotel is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk to some quiet bars/restaurants and 10/15 minute walk to the popular restaurants/ bars and beaches - the main area of Ksamil. Me and my partner would both highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ksamil.

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and all the facilities were excellent. Everything about the property exceeded our exceptions, making our stay truly enjoyable. I can honestly say I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone Nothing, everything was excellent

The property is located in a quiet area of Ksmail, located just off the main road from Sarande. The hotel is run by a local family, recently opened they are working hard and are establishing a delightful hotel experience. We really enjoyed the hotel. Lovely pool and garden area, 10 minute walk to the beach area, lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast variety could have had more variety however it had plenty.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly the entire stay. They helped us figure the parking situation which was on site and even carried our luggage up to our room. The gentleman showed us around the room which wasn’t very roomy with two large suitcases, but otherwise, the room was very clean with everything we could need. The location itself was convenient and accessible to everything - back to back restaurants, supermarket (right around the corner) and beaches - about an easy 10-15 minute walk. If you’re into nightlife, the bars and clubs are in the exact strip as the beach access. 10/10 experience and will be returning!

The hotel is exactly as pictured. Modern, spacious, and cozy. The hotel staff is wonderful! They made my son and I feel right at home. My son was treated so well that he kept looking for the hotel staff to play with. I recommend Sondor Hotel to everyone.

An unforgettable stay - 10/10 experience! We stayed at Sondor Hotel during our girls' trip and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel itself is lovely - clean, comfortable, and well-located - but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality. The hotel manager went above and beyond in every possible way. He was kind, caring, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the perfect vacation. Every request we had was met with a smile - no matter the time - and everything we needed was taken care of almost instantly. We've never experienced such thoughtful and generous service in any trip we've taken. He truly made us feel at home and cared for on another level. If you're considering staying here - don't hesitate for a second. We can't recommend it enough, and we're already dreaming of coming back!
