Our stay was absolutely perfect. Starting from early check in, which the staff did everything to accommodate, to the standard of the property and excellent breakfast.The room was perfectly clean, and spacious . I cannot praise the staff enough, this definitely took our stay to another level. Very kind, attentive, and helpful host. We can't wait to be back next year.

Everything was perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kamela and Donald are a young family doing a great job at their hotel. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean, everything was new and functional. The breakfast is delicious and the place for serving - the terrace is the best place you could start your day. There are plenty of parking spots around the building. Congrats, Kamela and Donald, and we are looking forward to seeing you again! ❤️

Clean, nice apartment with a good owner. Nice view to the sea from the roof. The room lacked a trash can (there was only one for toilet paper). You can't choose breakfast yourself, everything is placed at your table, even if you dont like something, which means you leave and it feels like a waste of food. It's a shame, that the roof is locked after breakfast and you can't end an evening with a beautiful view, because the views from the balcony's are mostly nearby construction.

Everything was great. Owners are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. And also it’s close to the beach.

The host was super helpful, she even revealed her secret beach where you don’t have to pay for sunbed like everywhere else in Ksamil. Always asked how are we doing and gave an advice. Breakfast was delicious and portions were huge. The room was cleaned every day.

The hospitality we received was simply outstanding. We felt at home right from the start and were treated as if we were part of the family. Our vacation in Albania was wonderful and our stay here made it even better. We can only heartily recommend this accommodation and all its people and leave with wonderful memories and new friends.

The most welcoming place ever! The host is such a sweetheart; I've never experienced better hospitality. <3 The accommodation is very well located. With the new road built next to it, you can get to the city center or nearby beaches very quickly. The view from there is amazing, with beautiful mountain vistas. I really appreciated the daily room cleaning, including towel changes. Amazing! The rooms were nice and renovated, including the bathroom. They serve breakfast on the rooftop with nice views. They do not accept card payments, which is surprising in 2024. Breakfast was more or less the same every day, but it was really rich, so it wasn't a big deal for our 3 nights stay.

The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the addition of a refrigerator was a convenient touch. The entire place was immaculately clean, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to both the beach and the town center. The breakfasts were exceptional, featuring a variety of homemade dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hosts themselves. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and conversant in perfect English. Staying here felt more like visiting friends rather than lodging at a guesthouse, which made our experience exceptionally pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we hope to return again someday.

Room is new, big and clean, has all the essentials and looks very stylish. Staff is just amazing: always friendly, welcoming and keen to make your stay as good as possible. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Surrounding is quiet, but shops, clubs and entertainment are in 5 mins walk. Room 12 has balcony with the very nice view. Great value for the price. No toiletries apart from soap and toilet paper, but that’s not a big deal
