Very nice location, close to the beach

i write this to make a complaint against Soare Hotel for their unprofissionalism. We book on Soare hotel for 3 nights yesterday 9th May and in arrival the man who meet us offer to us other hotel calle IL MIO and explain that there is a lot of road worka near Soare and it will be a lot of noises so we accept to go with him but he gave us a room in ground floor with alot of terrified insect in the balacony and no duvet to cover during night and finally he was able to bring something to use till the morning so we slept and contact him jn the morning to ask to see the room in Soare and decide if it better and when we moved to Soare we found it is so noisy and the location is not good and far from the centre and from suitable beach to swim so the information in the describtion were very misleading and not correct so i ask hkm for at least partial refund because we don't want to ruin our honeymoon and we need to book in another hotel but he refused to give us any refund. The other thing that he told me i will make you that you not show up to make slot available for other people to book and i said to him no it will affect my profile on booking but he did it and send that i didn't show which not correct i showed up and paid to him the total fees of stay. I am not happy with this experience on my honeymoon.

I had a lovely stay at Soare. The space was very clean and nicely organized, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The staff were kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-kept place to stay.

Th location of the hotel is very close to a couple of good beaches (3-5 min walk), if you want to explore the center with lots of beachbars, restaurants and shops you’ll need to walk 1-1,5km. There is sufficient parking if you’re coming with a car. The staff were really nice people but not professionals. The breakfast has evolved a bit since the other comments, it had more variety. The breakfast setup is in the garden so it had many bees but the staff let us bring our plates into our room which was really nice. It can be preferred if you’re looking for a convenient place to sleep but not for a lengthy relaxing vacation. The hotel building itself looks unfinished in places. Rooms lacked furniture like a bedside table, one of our lights was not working and some things in the room were rusty such as the toilet paper and towel holders. The bedsheets and pillows were clean but they smelled of dust from sitting too long. Don’t forget to lock your door when you’re in your room. Someone, probably cleaning staff, barged into our room during the morning hours without knocking.
