I have no words for how amazing the hotel was. The staff, the reception, the welcome, the breakfast, the cleanliness, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. I would 100% return again.

Kind staff, free parking, nice brekfast

If you love serenity, peace, nature, and being close to everything without being in the middle of the noise, you will absolutely fall in love with Hotel Luxury. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet area, surrounded by nature, yet only a 3-5minutes' walk from beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and all the lively parts of Ksamil. It offered the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, modern, and well equipped. Housekeeping was provided daily, the minibar was regularly stocked, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was spotless and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from our room. Waking up to that scenery every morning was truly special. We chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and it met our expectations. The location, comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere made our stay memorable. Great location, excellent breakfast and welcome staff It was all good. Nothing to add.

The location is ideal for a beach vacation. The hotel is near a few beaches but it is also near to where dining and night life activities are. The staff was phenomenal. They were friendly and very helpful when needed. A++

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Luxury. the location is perfect, close to the beach but in a quiet area. the breakfast is great. the staff is incredibly friendly, thank you Tata at reception for all your suggestions!

Breakfast is complete and good quality. The staff is kindly and available 24 hours. The parking place is not enough but you can leave the key in reception and they manage if they have to move the car. We loose the card to open the room, they give us another but they charge us €10 !!!!!!!! Is really too much, there is no badge at that cost, unneccesary roughness charging that cost.

Surprised that there was no kettle or coffee & tea facilities in the room as this is pretty normal for a hotel of this standard.

Parking

The location was pretty nice, quite close to the beaches, restaurants around by a short walk. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and enough. Hotel has a parking space which made our life much easier. The best thing was the communication with the hotel staff. Tina (hope I remember correctly) at the reception greet us when we arrive and she supported our check out as well. As she was so kind, supportive. I truly enjoyed our short talks and the care she provided. A lucky hotel having such a great staff! There was no screen door on the windows and on the balcony. As the weather was quite hot, we wanted to have some fresh air, but mosquitoes got into the room. That was uncomfortable. Also there were no hotel slippers provided but it’d be good to have.

The glass on our balcony was cracked and I noticed it a few other places around the hotel. Also, one morning the power went out in the hotel and we woke up to a very warm room.

Very good breakfast, nice room, close to the beach. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we recommend it.

The staff were absolutely lovely. We had a very nice room, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Breakfast was also fresh :) There was a hotel being built in front which meant that we could hear loud building work at breakfast. It also meant that we unfortunately we had no view :(
