Lost Seaside Hotel - Adults Only

Lost Seaside is aesthetically pleasing for those who like curated, artificial party spaces. It features over water hammocks, a restaurant with beautiful views of the bay, and kind women working at the front desk who were always pleasant and tried to help us as much as possible. We felt completely misled and betrayed by this property. They fail to advertise they are a tiny property built into the base of an unattractive apartment building on a busy and dirty street, with the prime goal of attracting nighttime partying kids. There is a party event every night until 2am with blaring techno music. In the morning, guests wake to a property that looks like it's been destroyed in a tornado - trash, drinks cups, cigarette butts, hair extensions everywhere. Impoverished workers come to attack the mess from 7am-9am while being yelled at by Albanian supervisors. It is disgusting and inhumane. The restaurant is dirty 24/7. A cursory look at the chairs will show guests filthy stained chair pads, pieces of hair and exfoliated skin everywhere. Apparently the hygiene practices for this space were not taught by the screaming Albanian supervisor. The "free" sunbeds around the pool for hotel guests are thin, dirty pads cast off to the side. Employees smoke everywhere nonstop on the property, and the music cranks up by 1pm each afternoon. The rooms attempt a Bohemian look, but despite the newer age of the property, they felt beat up and dirty. Our couch pad was stained, the shower tiles were dirty, and it took 48 hours for room cleaning due to lack of clarification about how to "order" housekeeping. The room was very dark - particularly the bathroom, with exposed toilet brushes and toilet cleaning fluid sitting out the entirety of our stay. There is no shelving, storage, or counter space in the bathroom. It was the least enjoyable property during our three weeks in Europe, and we were angry by the false advertising. We would have left if a refund was offered; it was a joke and a scam. Anticipating a refund from this property is likely akin to expecting hell to freeze over, but some type of credit would be appreciated.

Lost Seaside was an incredible gem in our tour of the Balkans. Gorgeous rooms, vies, and excellent restaurant. The sea net cabanas are one of a kind and an absolute must.

A special thank you to the two reception ladies — they were incredibly helpful, kind, and always smiling. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a huge difference in our experience and truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast restaurant staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We also really enjoyed the activities at the hotel — everything was well organized and added so much to our stay. The level of generosity, service, and care from all the staff was exceptional. Highly, highly recommended — everyone should experience staying here at least once. Thank you for making our trip so special, we will definitely come back! Nothing

The receptionist was very nice helping to store luggage since I requested an early entrance to the hotel and allowed us to enter the beach side even if our checkin was at 3pm since I already requested this in advance. The personnel from the beach wasn’t friendly and didn’t want us to enter the beach side before checkin at 3pm which doesn’t make sense since we only stayed for 1 night and they were very worried of us not paying for things which was weird, I went to have lunch and they stopped me to tell me it wasn’t included until I checked in and I knew that but I was going to pay for it anyway. Also when we went for check in at 3pm the bartender chased us to pay the bill and we told him we were hustled going to check in and all our stuff was left at the lounge. I don’t know if this happens often but maybe you should ask for a credit card to charge things instead of chasing people like we are not going to pay, feels very disrespectful. The pool closes at 7pm and they kick you out even from the lounges at that time FYI. The party is very loud and ends at 12:30am so if you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs

EVERYTHING! First, the property itself is so beautiful, clean, and luxurious. I was so happy staying here. Every moment was a dream. The views everywhere were amazing. Sunset was stunning. The staff are INCREDIBLE! Especially Enduina, Gertilda, Klea, and Geri. They went above & beyond, and made my stay extra special. Breakfast was so good (see picture). Literally everything I ate here was delicious & fresh. Great cocktails too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Sarandë. Absolutely LOVED it!

The staff wasn’t nice We booked the hotel because of the pool and beach facilities (cabanas and net) When we arrived they said we have to pay 100€ for renting them. Which is absurd regarding being residents of the hotel. My husband sat at the pool to have his coffee in the morning, one of the staff members came to him to ask him to rent it It was very disappointing having paid almost 350€ a night and still have to pay for sotting in the cabanas at the pool!!! Disgusting behavior. I recommend you to go there just for a day and rent the cabanas and net instead of staying at the hotel that is very expensive relatively to the area there and still you dont get to enjoy the facilities

The hotel was amazing, the views were some of the best we've ever seen, the food was the best we tried in Seranda and the staff was beyond amazing! Special shout out to Yunita (the receptionist), she needs to get a promotion because she made our stay all the better! That we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful hotel, the decor and the pool/swimming area are nice. This area doesn't have private beaches, only swimming platforms that lead to crystalline and calm waters. The hanging net hammocks are a nice touch. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Located near main attractions, great restaurants and bar options nearby. The pool area needs a little love, better service and more sun beds. The cabanas are beautiful but there is a fee to use them, even when the hotel was empty on low season.

Beautiful location and the staff was lovely! The noise was not an issue at all despite some reviews we’ve seen. Would definitely come back. We had a small issue with our AC that was noticeable as soon as we entered our room, but the staff was very kind and fixed it once we let them know.

Propert was nice, food was FANTSTIC! Workers did their best to make sure that people were having a good time and accommodating. Rooms were meh, AC didn’t work for one night and the toilets are pretty much in the shower. See above
