I liked the receptionist man, he was friendly and helped us. We didn’t have any problems with him! The breakfast was terrible, has no taste, the toilet in the room was smelling bad, and it was not very clean, also the balcony was not cleaned well, and I found same hair on the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, too soft, and blanket was terrible. The prices too expensive for this location and service.

I didn't like that the breakfast was the same every morning and it wasn't very attractive. And I also didn't like that the air conditioning in the room didn't work.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ksamil over the weekend. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. What truly stood out was the amazing hospitality — especially from the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us great suggestions on places to visit nearby, which really made our trip even more special. The hotel also had convenient parking, and everything we needed — beaches, restaurants, and shops — was just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

When we arrived room was dirty a lot of hair on the floor and dirty towels, also towels were old and hard, probably they wash it without conditioner, they don’t provide slippers, also we couldn’t pay for the room by card they said the pos system is not working but for the bar it was possible to pay by card what is weird

The price is good. The housekeeping staff are very good. The breakfast buffet is not good considering they are a 4star hotel, they do not have a lot of options.

Catfish hotel, not 4* more like 2/3*

The location of the hotel was good. It’s a bit far from the central beaches, but still fine because you can walk. It takes about 15–25 minutes on foot to popular beaches. The hotel is very close to Paradise and Lori Beach, as well as Principotes, but unfortunately, the water at these beaches is very stagnant and dirty, almost like a pool, and sometimes smells bad. If you walk about 20-25 minutes, you can reach much better beaches like Poda, Ksamil, and Rilinda, which are wider, cleaner, and feel more open. The surroundings of the hotel, especially at night, smelled strongly of sewage. The corridors leading to the rooms had no air conditioning, and even the elevator didn’t have ventilation. With the windows open in the corridors, the sewage smell spread into the hotel. The cleaning was also very poor, there was hair on the beds and in the bathroom. At first glance the room looked clean, but it was obvious they only wiped the surfaces quickly. There wasn’t even a drying rack on the balcony, so you had to hang your wet towels and swimsuits over the railing. The cleaning staff also left a dirty towel under our shampoo bottles, which felt like a joke. Edit after the hotel response: We stayed for 3 nights and, as I mentioned in my review, we cleaned our own room after check-in because it was already dirty (there were hairs in the bathroom on the very first day). That is why we did not request daily housekeeping: not because we didn’t care about cleanliness, but because we didn’t want staff coming in and making it worse. Despite this, your cleaner entered our room without permission and left dirty towels inside. I even attached a photo as proof. Regarding your claim about an unpaid bill: when we checked out, your staff apologized repeatedly and even told us not to worry about paying for one coffee and one ice cream, which was about 6 euros in total. Now you write here as if we left without paying a bill. Please share this supposed invoice publicly if it really exists. We also spent hours cleaning your dirty room ourselves, including a shower drain that was so clogged it was almost impossible to use. If the issue is really about 6 euros, we are more than happy to pay it; but perhaps you should use it to actually fix these problems for future guests. It’s very disappointing to see such misleading statements in your response. Guests should know the truth. I will continue to share my experiences honestly so that future visitors can make an informed choice.

For ~80 EURO per Person, missing facilities like Pool, Dinner, Beach Beds or even free drinks , are not great, especially since the nearby hotels do provide them for a similar price. I believe this would be a step up on the stay

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Ksamil, very clean, the best location, close to the most beautiful beaches, and perfect service, I will come back again next summer 10/10?

I really loved the super friendly staff, the modern feel of the hotel, and especially the penthouse room with its amazing view. The only downside was the location, as the street is busy with cars and there aren’t proper sidewalks for pedestrians.

This is my second visit here and it’s just as great as my first experience. Modern rooms with a balcony, breakfast included and very clean! Not a big preference for me but there is no pool. But when I come here that is the last things I look for, who needs a pool when you have several beaches with a 5 minute walk

For Ksamil this is a great location! everywhere in town you can hear music in the evening but this place is really quiet. You are close by all but far enough to relax
