We had a great time and the staff was very kind and accommodating.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. On the first day, the TV was not working, but after we informed them, they quickly replaced it with a new one, which we really appreciated. It shows they care about their guests and service quality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent, close to the beach and other attractions. There was a small issue with the toilet seat lid being broken, but it did not affect our stay much. The breakfast was also very nice and enjoyable, a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a great stay thanks to the good service and hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

The hotel was in a decent location, about a 20 minute walk to anything thats open in October. But it is about a 5 min walk to the public beach just down the road. The room was large enough and had a queen and single bed (perfect for my friend and I). It also had cold AC a definite plus. The balcony was a nice little addition, although we booked a sea view room, our view of the sea was off to the side and nothing like the photos in the listing. Parking was nice and easy on the opposite side of the hotel. Check-in was easy enough, but the address sends you to a seperate hotel which is connected to Mira Mare. They helped us find the right reception desk. Parking was fine behind the hotel, but if you approach from the front there is a steep hill which our rental car couldn't climb. It basically stalled out a few yards up the hill and wouldn't continue. The room was spacious, but our shower was moldy in the crevices, there was hair on the sheets, and there was a window in the bathroom that opened right into the shared hallway, so we couldn't keep it open when using the bathroom and there was no other exhaust system. There also was not any sort of bath mat for the shower so the bathroom floor got completely soaked and slippery after a shower. The beds were very firm and tough to sleep on for 2 side sleepers like us. Breakfast was mediocre at best, everything was colorless and flavorless and fried. They did provide some limited fresh fruit as well. Breakfast was served from 8-10 and when we arrived at 9am, everything was cold or all gone. It seemed like nothing was being refreshed or kept warm throughout Breakfast service. Overall, the listing photos did not match our experience and we were definitely a little disappointed.

Parking is a little bit stressful for beginners but they assist you.

• Pretty rooftop for breakfast. • Very friendly and polite receptionist ‘Mela’ and the staff at breakfast. • Short walk to beach (5mins) • Extremely steep hill to get to entrance of hotel. • Room unfinished - electrics taped up. • Lighting system in the hall way and a window above each room door, meant we were woken up each night multiple times by the whole room being illuminated! ? • Very basic hotel - disjointed layout (2 or 3 buildings joined together) - Access to pool by crossing through a garage. • No tea/coffee given in the room and breakfast starting very late at 8am! • Beach towels given with bleach stains and holes

This is a small family run boutique hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Mela (I’m sure I have this wrong) at the front desk went above and beyond. Great communication. Great location 5 minute walk to beach. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended Nothing

The view from the top The spa in the room did not get hot and flooded the floor. Our room was next to the stairs, both nights the noise from guests returning late and continuing to party in their room kept us awake.

The location is good - walking distance from many Ksamil beaches and restaurants. There is bad sound isolation of the rooms and your ear a lot of noise from the halls of the rooms. The pool is smaller than it seems. The breakfast has options but the bread seemed from the day before. The juices are not fresh juices. The cereal seemed also from days before.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel — it was nice, clean, and very well maintained. A special thanks to Anxhela, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Her warm hospitality really stood out!

Good breakfast, helpful staff, location close to the main beaches AC was not working properly. Toilet too small

The rooftop terrace and view and location…amazing! I don’t have mobility issues, however, if you do be aware that the entrance has a very steep driveway so you would need to drive to the top with a car.

close to Paradise Beach. very clean. a wonderfull restaurant only 8 min drive: musselhouse nice roofterras good breakfast nice pool but a bit cold end of April. view was nice towards the see. but next to this hotel was an ugly half build construction.

It’s a good location and wonderful view. All good

Spacious room with a part Seaview. Breakfast was lovely on the terrorist and had a nice little pool area. Although a nice hotel the access to the hotel is up a very very steep slope would not recommend for those with limited mobility or nervous drivers.

Staff friendly, The hotel is built on a hill / slope, I didn't have a car, so I had to face going out going down that slope and I have got arthritis and it was painful, they should have mentioned that and I wouldn't have chosen that hotel because of the hill. The towels were dry and rough and frayed, no safe in the room, and they should have been paper towels I don't think that this hotel deserves to be 4*

Room, view and service was very good! Worth the money! Hotel staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Just a few things like flush wasn't working, but they fixed it for us immediately, but it delayed our plans a little bit. The hair dryer wasn't working either. There was no water one morning, but that was also resolved quickly. This could be because we went during the off-season But other than this it is a really good place with good service??

Staff were very good & helpful. This hotel is run by a family, they were really good & helpful. Hotel is not exactly on beach but like 300-400 meters far. Bathroom & shower area was very very small & had bad smell specially in the morning. Overall not worth the money we paid.

The view from the rooftop was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable.the hotel was a short walk to the beach. The staff largely ignored us, with the exception of one lady in the kitchen who smiled and greeted us with a good morning. The rest of the staff was unhelpful, and even when we ordered coffee, they neither called us nor brought it to us. The hotel is located up a hill, so it’s not recommended for people with disabilities.

The view from the room and rooftop was espectacular! The room was very spacious:) Most of the staff was very kind and helpful (not all, but most of it). Breakfast was nice; but maybe some food can be covered because of the amount of flies around the food. To park, keep in mind that a very steep entrance awaits! It is ok for experienced drivers, but for not so experienced one, it can be scary. It was the very end of the season, so we felt that lack of enthusiasm in the staff/environment, but nothing critical, overall all was ok!
