The room furnishings are older, but they are still comfy and functional.

Breakfast was excellent I was received by the staff right away and they helped with my luggage, up to my room.

Close to beach No elevator and the stripes on marble stairs makes it hard to see them and without a handrail along stairs to 3rd floor .

They did not give a sea view room, and I paid for it

A small hotel with a very convenient location, within walking distance to the main areas of Ksamil and the bus stations to Saranda. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and respectful. Breakfast is not a buffet, but we liked the options we got to try There are no amenities in the room, and the drink options with the buffet are very limited.

Room has every comfort and location is perfect walking distance to everything you need to see

The only redeeming quality was the breakfast and the friendly breakfast lady. To start with, let me state this is not a 3-star hotel. It is more of a guest house or bed and breakfast place. Additionally, I was frustrated that the hotel downgraded our room after the first night without a reasonable explanation. We didn't stay in the room we booked. I repeat that we didn't stay in the room we booked. They are luring people, as you can read in different reviews on Booking. When I inquired about the change, the receptionist simply stated it was “complicated,” which is unacceptable. I agreed to the room change under the assumption that all rooms were of similar quality. I would never have booked this hotel if I had known I would be placed in such an inferior room. The room is outdated, features a malfunctioning toilet, and the large wardrobe appears to be used for storage rather than functional purposes. For the price I paid, I could have easily chosen a different hotel that offers a much better experience. This situation has significantly spoiled my holiday. After this situation, the receptionist gave me and my friends the cold shoulder. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Save yourself from the stress and frustration.

Perfect for solo or group/family trip. The room is great and spacious and has a balcony. Right in front of an amazing beach with private access to it. Definitely recommend it when visiting ksamil

The view is so nice from our room. The breakfast was plenty! The location is just awesome. It’s close to everything. Comparing to other hotels, you get much more than what you pay for. We also forgot something in the room and they delivered to our new hotel super fast and free of charge. Service is top!!!

-The breakfast has choices and if you are staying more than 4 days it will be boring. Why not an open buffet? -The guy at the reception (he is running the hotel I guess) has a terrible attitude towards the guests which I hated. We had two rooms and I was staying alone. My mum and dad were next door and I gave them a small towel (as I had 2 sets) and the next day the small towel was missing. That white small towel which you can’t bother to take. I paid €8 for that in check out. This is not the point but that guy was saying “we will close the business if everyone loses a towel” - believe me that stupid white towels are more valuable than guests in the hotel. I JUST SAY NEVER STAY HERE. There are very nice places in Hasan Tahsini street and ı was there in my first time and left with positive vibes. A small stupid white towel can sometimes spoil everything. I want to thank everyone except that owner guy. He should learn some hospitality before running a hotel. Everything doesn’t mean money!!!

Property had early check in, amazing staff and the owner even drove us to Sarande to help. Plus breakfast was delicious and everyone was so friendly! Not one thing

Very helpful staff, good location, renovated rooms, private parking, alternative breakfasts. You can almost walk every restaurant and beach in Ksamil.

Everything.. This is our 2nd time at Lula. We love the staff, the rooms, the location. It feels like family now. The rooms are renovated, they are spacious, modern and most importantly clean. Cleaning ladies are working so hard every day to make sure rooms are as clean as a house. This is the biggest plus in my opinion. Another thing is the food. The breakfast is more than enough and fresh. You can also dine in, which is also delicious option. The owner is truly a trustworthy person. We will definitely come back next year! The staff were super friendly and helpful, including both the front desk, restaurant, and the person who managed the beds on the beach. The breakfast was very good and the Caesar salad we had for lunch one day was one of the best I've ever had. The hotel is only a couple minute walk from the beach and town, but is much quieter than the other hotels nearby which helps for getting sleep at night. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to ksamil.

The property is located in an extremely unique location, beachfront of paradise beach. The property is super clean. The housekeeping and all staff members were very professional, high level of hygiene and very fast. The breakfast was very delicious and generous. The manager, the owner and the cook were very helpful, generous, flexible, professional and hospitable to us. The manager was very decent and compassionate that he offered to drive us with his private car instead of ordering a taxi with our big luggage since my mom was accompanying us. Nothing. Very honestly, nothing except that there might be additional showers and toilets by the beach.
