Olive Hotel Ksamil

A bit removed from the craziness of Ksamil so I found it quieter. Staff weren’t the friendliest. Rooms, location and breakfast was all just ok. Nothing memorable. In fairness Ksamil wasn’t our favorite. Definitely more of a younger, louder vibe.

Wonderful experience from the first moment we walked in! Very hospitable and very friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious on the roof with beautiful views. Room and bed were very comfortable! Great parking as well. Quiet location but walking distance to the hustle and bustle. Nothing.

The staff are so helpful

Staff were lovely, always greeted us when we came in and left, location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. 2-5 min walk to all the beaches. Food access all around. It is also located further back away from all people if you like a peaceful place but still in prime location. We booked see view, which was lovely. The view from the balcony for breakfast was amazing and a peaceful feeling and the food was good. I would stay there again :) nothing at the time, I was happy with my stay. We was only there for 2 night as we travelled around. Its definitely more of a short stay hotel, cheap and cheerful. But not knocking it.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very attentive. The room was very clean. There were extra towels blankets. Everything that we needed for a great day beach towels, fresh every day as you walked out the door overall exceeded our expectations and as a bonus, we have the most gorgeous views. Everything was perfect.

Everything is on top! Everything is clean, the location is perfect, the breakfast is awesome (top floor with views), the chef ?‍? too, the staff is great!

The people, amazing breakfast and the rooms are cute. For every time we bugged the person at the front desk, he was kind and super helpful. The view from the room is amazing! Nothing

Rooms were small

Close proximity to nearby beach options... a variety to select form based mode for the day. The upper terrace for breakfast was a nice start in the morning. Seems like a fairly new hotel therefore everyting was still well maintained and very clean . The staff was attentive and freindly

The location is very central, close to both the beaches and the restaurants. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own beach, there are many private beaches within walking distance. We were very satisfied with the hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff were extremely attentive. Breakfast was also very good and more than sufficient. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil.

This is a great hotel! It's directly across the street from Lori Beach. My room had a small balcony & a gorgeous view of the turquoise-water cove and surrounding hills. Everything else about the room was great - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, etc. The hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast on the roof. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful to us. Highly recommend.

Hotel Olive Ksamil is a modern property in an excellent location with an exceptional view of the sea and close to 3 of the best beach clubs in Ksamil. We were greeted with a big genuine smile at the reception upon arrival by Mr. Uzeir . Even though we arrived early at 10 am and our room was not ready yet , which was expected , he kindly checked us in and explained everything and stored our luggage. We then walked to the very close beach clubs Principote and had a faboulos day ( only 200 meters walk from hotel ) . We got back late in the evening and he was waiting for us and gave us our luggage and room keys. They have an elevator . The room was a lovely , clean and modern suite with a nice seating area and with a separate bedroom , full bathroom and a big balcony. We had a restful sleep and the next morning we had a faboulos open buffet breakfast ( great service too) with the most wonderful view of the sea and beaches. We highly recommend Hotel Olive in Ksamil, Albania. Thank you again Mr. Uzeir for your hospitality. Nothing

The location was perfect for us as we like a more quiet location a short walk to town. The property was across street from Lori Beach with chaise to rent and a delicious restaurant that had beach service! The staff was beyond excellent and the facilities were very clean, cool (great a/c) and well maintained. We were able to park there in covered garage too. They have a lovely covered veranda on first floor with bar/cafe and make the most amazing cafe and the top floor serves a delicious breakfast with the most amazing view of the beach/water. We Will definitely return to Olive Hotel!!

Beautiful modern property in the perfect location just on the edge of town so it’s quieter than most locations yet easily walkable to everything . Great breakfast from a stunning rooftop location incredibly nice staff. Quiet at night, which is a plus.

Really friendly staff who were very helpful. (Manager helped us get a rental scooter) We had a great room. The view from breakfast was amazing. No complaints about our stay.
