Private beach

The location was PERFECTION. The reserved beach chairs and umbrella every day was something I cannot say enough positive things about. It was so amazing. Bathroom was small, unable to cool down quickly after showering, and didn't have great amenities.

Best location in Ksamil! This place is magic. Beach facilities are amazing, u don't need to walk more than 3 minutes for anything. Breakfast was very good as well. It is not a luxury hotel, room level, service, etc. are pretty simple (would expect a bit more for that rate level)

We loved the location and convenience of the property, in the heart of Ksamil. The lounge areas by the beach were truly amazing, the room was very comfy and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely return! The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the sea view wasn't really a clean view of the sea, but rather a walking path in front of the sea. The part about the stay we were most disappointed with was the fact that the beach areas are not in fact "private" they allow outside guests to come in and take some of the best chairs available which is not what we were expecting. Hotel guests should be prioritized as we have paid for the "private beach" access as part of our stay.

Loud music from other properties brought this to a 9 in lieu of a 10

It is an amazing hotel for the great room with amazing beds and top notch shower. It is in a perfect location, super nice staff, Amazing breakfast. And beach chairs all around it that you can stay on. There is also a small private beach of the hotel. Ordering food on the beach chairs is also amazing food that we enjoyed.

Car park available spcecial beach for no extra charge that is the most important thing more private area but you can see all the other beach everthing is closeby location is perfect nice hotel clean room and convinient private veach part ( a few beachpart option is a very plus)

brand new hotel with a private beach , the most beautiful beach in ksamil center. the room we took was very big with two balconies watching over the beach and the sea on the other side. staff was really nice and helpful. the breakfest was really boring and dull . no coffee at breakfest besides americano' and if you ask for another coffee they tell you to go buy at the bar. checkout time is at 10AM, its really early and i pay a lot for the room so its really annoying.

It is located in a beautiful bay. They only have one bar/restaurant which is awful, including service. No decent food, no real choice for drinks and you cannot bring food and drinks from outside. There was loud music from all around from 8:30am to midnight. Therefore, impossible to relax and enjoy the place. It was end of season but no excuse for not having the lounge chairs and half the property uncared for.

I believe its the best location in Ksamil. The hotel is new, friendly staff and great food

Location wrt sea and view. Room new and modern. Very noisy. Party music all day and esp night (should have read between the lines when it said "soundproof" doors. Staff new and appeared to lack any training in hospitality.

Superb

Friendly staff, smallish hotel with its own great peninsula position. There are way more loungers than people, so no hassle getting somewhere. Nice breakfast, and lounger towels provided. The area has become overdeveloped- the next door hotels can play very loud music which is totally unnecessary and unpleasant. Parking is tricky and costs an extra €10 per day.
