Everything was completely amazing. Thanks to all staff members for helping our vacation to be relaxing as much as possible! Everybody was really nice and friendly. %100 recommending!!

Very clean and great location with a nice balcony,the receptionist, Elion, was very helpful as well.He was always available for any of our questions in addition to setting up a taxi for us at the end of our stay. Breakfast was the same every day and since we were there for a week some more options/variety would be expected.

The staff were all professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Nina, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. She was incredibly attentive to both my friend and me — answering all our questions, helping us with recommendations, and even sharing her personal list of places to visit and eat in Ksamil and Tirana! She also helped us coordinate our return trip to Tirana, which made everything so much easier. We’re truly grateful for her support. Highly recommend Noi Hotel if you're planning a visit to Ksamil! Br: Henry | Finland Offering coffee as part of breakfast every day would be wonderful. We stayed for about a week and only on the weekend was coffee added to the drink options on the table. Other days, we had to find staff to ask for it.

Staff were so helpful, room was clean and really good sized bed which was very comfortable

Nina at reception was witty and truly interested in making our stay as positive as possible. she is observant and informative about Albanian history if asked. small thing I would have like another cover as the one given was small to sleep in but this is easily fixed. everything else was what I paid for so whilst I would like to be closer to the sea I knew where the hotel is and this was perfect for what we paid. :-)

Breakfast was adequate, but a bit monotonous. Unfortunately the coffee wasn't that great. We got coffee from a bar (50m).

Exceptional

Very modern and clean with very comfy large beds. Staff super helpful. Easy access to town via lovely street and quick walk to beach. Breakfast staff were lovely but a little bit more choice I think of variation each day.

New hotel with a really good location and excellent breakfast. One of the girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. We loved the rooms and the hotel. Maybe showers will need something to stop watering the floor but all the bathroom was new and very nice.

The whole experience can be described as dreamlike, just as the title entails. Firstly, we would like to personally thank both Nina and Melisa (management/reception) for their hospitality and exceptional communication. Just right from the start we felt not only the warm climate but also the heartfelt welcome. Both of them went at great lengths to accommodate us and any requests we had. The facilities of the hotel are all brand new, very delicately furnished with a touch of modern architecture and cozy atmosphere. Bear in mind that this is a small hotel and not some grand resort. However, this is important to mention as the breakfast buffet they offered could be compared to that one of a resort hotel. You could find all sorts of breakfast dishes, from fried or scrambled eggs, baked sausages, fruit and vegetables, cheese, orange juice, coffee and what not. Every breakfast was a gracious experience and every morning the kitchen staff would warmly wish you a pleasant day. Parking is absolutely no problem as the hotel has enough space to fit the guests. Security is nowhere to be matched as they are all under camera surveillance, so we could put our minds at rest after parking our car. It's even a luxury that you could leave the car keys at the reception, if need be for the car to be moved if you'd obstruct someone else's car. The rooms were cozy with big windows and a balcony, the AC worked wonders during the hot days and it wouldn't last too long until you'd feel the fresh air. Every morning the sheets and all towels would be changed, so hygiene was immaculate. If you're in Ksami, you'd do a big mistake to not book at Hotel Noi. We stayed too short.. only 12 days :( We even thought about missing our flights to stay just a bit longer.

It’s very close to the best beaches in the center of Ksamil. Breakfast was perfect. The staff, daily cleaning service, calmness and order of the hotel were sufficiently good and more than what we have expected. Special thanks to Melissa who made our stay quite comfortable. She is so sincere, friendly and smilingly. We wish the manager have had a sincere smiley and became more sociable, but unfortunately she is not so professional.

The breakfast could be better but for the price cant complain, the room size and confort was nice. When taking a shower the bathroom would get all wet, not ideal.

A brand new hotel! Room was spacious, and really modern. Great AC, amazing view from the terrace. They take Card Payment - but be aware most of the places in Albania don’t. Take cash everywhere. Reception was really friendly, everything was under control, and feels like they pay attention for everything. Breakfast - attention to details to the finest! Amazing breakfast, plenty, good variety and tasty! Car park - available on site, but limited, but there are plenty spaces around the hotel. It is walking distance to all the beaches and restaurants in Ksamil, but located in a peaceful area. Definitely recommended!

Location was the best. Very easy to reach all attractions, beach, restaurants and transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and super comfortable. Everything was great for us. The coffee wasn't available a couple of times. But the buffet and everything else was nice too.

Fair breakfast, everything fresh, all the staff members very polite, always tried to do everything to make you comfortable and happy. The ladies from the kitchen and Melissa from the front desk. Congratulations for you all.

Great bright and clean room, very close to the center and beaches. Fantastic staff (thank you for the cake receipe!!) :) Shower: there’s no curtain/glass, so water goes everywhere. It’s very common in Albania though. It wasn’t a big deal for us. Breakfast: it’s a small hotel with a small (yet lovely) kitchen. Even though it’s nice, don’t expect a big variety!
