Good sized rooms, with separate bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to shops and bus stop. Short walk to beaches. Large balcony with city and mountain views. Quiet area. Washing machine available downstairs. Can recommend fish dinner cooked by host's father. Had to ask for scourer, detergent and tea towels. Couldn't provide plug for sink. Like all over Albania, no shower curtain/screen.

I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’m really unhappy or really satisfied: But i recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming establishment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Nestled in a peaceful area away from the main traffic routes, it offers a perfect retreat while remaining conveniently close to the town center and the beach. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious rooms, equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. The large balcony, furnished with chairs and a table, provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, creating an inviting atmosphere. During our stay, the hosts' son graciously took my wife and me on a tour of the town, introducing us to fantastic local attractions and dining options. I was so impressed with my experience that I have already booked a return visit for ten days next year. I highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

The room were spaceous I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long day. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful layout—there’s a good distance between rooms, which ensured a quiet and peaceful stay, free from any disturbances. The Starlink internet was another highlight. It was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected throughout my stay, whether for work or leisure. Overall, this stay offered a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and modern amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with excellent internet connectivity. N/A

We loved our stay at Oliver Studios. Oliver and his wife were lovely, so welcoming and inclusive. They have a bar area and shared outdoor area which was perfect for a cold beer. Our room was nice and big, comfortable and air con was great. I would highly recommend this stay Nothing at all

The location and balcony

It is a good place to stay. The location is perfect, close to the main beach and most of the bars and restaurants. The room was clean, even if it was a bit small for three people. We had a very nice terrace, great place for your morning coffee. The communication with the host (David) is very easy. He even walked us around a bit when we arrived and showed us a very good beach on the next day. There isn't a shower head stand in the bathroom and you have to hold the shower head in your hand or support it on something, it is very umcomfortable. Also, we had a problem with the hot water, later in the evening (around 21-22h.) there is none and you have to either warm up some, or bathe with cold water.
