New and very clean place. The staff was great and very helpful. I wish I had more time to spend in such a comfortable place. I will go again for sure.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The person who welcomed us was absolutely wonderful – warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The rest of the staff were also incredibly professional and kind. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations – we can’t wait to come back!

It was a little noisy as we were in the room next to breakfast and people weren’t particularly considerate in the hallways.

It’s a small hotel, not too crowded. You can definitely relax. The pool area is fantastic and clean. The room was very clean, housekeeping was always on top of everything. You can’t hear anything from other guests. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of food, we were excited to go every morning. Last but not least, the staff was great and super helpful. The sweet girl in the reception was always willing to help and the two young gentlemen working there as well. Answered all our questions and always available to assist us on the hotel bar. Ps. We also had a birthday girl in our group, and the hotel helped us celebrate it in a surprising and fun way(see picture). If there is something I need to mention, then it’s the surrounding of the hotel. It’s a bit dirty around. But you don’t notice it because the hotel is so clean and nice. Most of Ksamil is also not very clean.
