Hotel Vila Ali

The apartment was clean and renovated. It was a very good value for the price, and the location was great. It was walking distance to many restaurants and beaches, but still in a quieter area so that you can be away from the crowds and the noise. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. There was nothing we did not like. There is no parking on the property itself, but street parking is free. Three was almost no traffic on the streets around the property as the property is removed from the main roads, and most of the streets around are cul-de-sacs.

Our stay at the hotel was beyond pleasant. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the center and the beach. Our room was clean and the price super affordable. This is a family-run business and the owners are such wonderful people. We had a few requests during our stay which were addressed promptly and gracefully. Highly recommend this place! N/A

Absolutely perfect everything.

The acommodation is well located and very comfortable. There is a good AC and enough equipments for a chill stay. The place was not very clean, with stained towels and others with holes on it. The host is very kind, but does not speak English, what makes the communication kinda hard. The bathroom is very small and hard to manage.

The staff is helpful and efficient.

It was clean and new. Beds were comfy. There was a free parking place in front. The frontyard was pretty. There was a lack of kettle, dishes, TV. A shower curtain or cabin would be nice. There is a gravel road to the apartment (about 500 m). A table and chairs on the balcony would also be nice to have. The price is a bit high for what you get.

I totally loved the place! The owners are lovely and always there to help you. If something was not in the room, I asked the lady and I immediately got it (I mean scissors or a kettle :) ). The place is very close to Ksamil beaches but very quiet, you will not hear this loud music that comes from beach bars. Also, the building and the rooms are SUPER CLEAN. We stayed for 3 nights and even had the sheets changed, which I wouldn't think of. Beds are very comfortable. So amazing value for money. If I ever go to Ksamil again, I will definitely stay there! I loved everything :)

Location is perfect because the house is not on the main road, nor in the center where there is bunch of noisy beach clubs. There are proper shades in the room, its very clean and the garden is really nice as well.

It's easy to arrive to this location and easy parking, which is hard in Ksamil (a lot of people). The hosts are very friendly and the room was clean.

The location of the Vila is amazing: just a bit outside of the busy main road, but close enough to get to many places by walk. The place is very clean, with everything you may need for a short or a long stay (like a small kitchen, a fridge, plates ecc). The host is amazing, very kind and always available for everything. there is nothing i didn't like.

Room was exactly as shown in the pictures, great size and very well presented. The owner greeted us on arrival and was so friendly, was a great start to the trip. Only a short walk to the town and beach, just far enough away to not hear the terrible dance music coming from all the beach bars. Would highly recommend! We were really happy with our stay overall. Slight issue with the drainage in the shower but as soon as we mentioned this to the owner they came to take a look and fix it, that was really appreciated.
