Lovely balcony Location is far away enough from all the noise, about 12 mins walk from restaurants. Parking was useful The price was good. This is advertised as a 2 bedroom property. It has one separate bedroom and one communal space which has a kitchenette in it and a bed. Therefore there is no privacy for the person who has to sleep in there. The photos are misleading because it appears to show two separate bedrooms and one room with a sofa. When this was raised with the owner, we were told they were old photos.

Very kind and helpful hosts, the room was excellent and clean. If we ever come back to Ksamil we would choose them again.

Nice room, clean, nice balcony and prety close to the sea Not that big and still a walk to go in hot weather

The location and the balcony was really nice Unfortunately the place wasn't very well equipped. We had to ask for a knife and for new toilet paper, there was no salad or cereal bowl, and no coffeemaker unfortunately. I'd recommend buying a few more kitchen utensils for it.

Clean, lovely hosts, close to the beach and town, but on the side so quiet, nice view from the balcony, bus stop very close, no sign it's a bus stop tho Bed a bit too hard for me.

Nice appartement not too far from the beach, friendly owner, nice room with balcony and ice cold airco Toiletseat was missing but this was not a problem for us

Tea our host was so lovely and helpful! The apartment was set back from the main strip so it was nice and peaceful, it was also very clean and overall a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect. Clean room, quiet place and with a good location in the city. Nice and welcoming hosts. Perfect place to sleep and chill on the terrace. Nothing.
