Location was fine. Room is clean. Quiet. No breakfast included for that price. Overpriced. The shower doesn’t close turning the small bathroom into a swimming pool. The keyhole was not easy to lock, would need to be changed.

I like the price of it and how it accommodates 4 people in one room The fact that it’s labeled as a “hotel” but in reality it’s not. You are not allowed to bring guests other than the ones that are registered or you walk in with at first. So that’s misleading if you are trying to bring friends, dates, other people you met etc…

The room was very spacious with a double bad and a bunk bed. Toiletries, towels and hotel slippers were also provided. The balcony was well equipped with a table, small sofa and two chair in addition to hanging rack to dry wet clothes. All in all the room was good and clean and it also had a mini fridge to keep cool your own food/beverages. The host was extremely accommodating. The accommodation is also provided with free parking spot and there is a small shop/market next to the accommodation that is run by the host. Would highly recommend. Everything was very good.

The room was clean and the owner was very kind to us, location was perfect.

The hotel is quiet and very cosy, run by a friendly owner who shows a high dedication to how hospitable the place feels. We had a big luck with flexible check in and check out times, really appreciated it. Our room was exceptionally cleaned every day. Having a balcony overlooking a mountain and a lake was an additional charming detail that made our stay even better. We also discovered a beautiful roof terrace in the building with comfortable chairs to sit and watch the panorama of Ksamil during sunsets. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it was close to our favourite beach and places to eat (everything was within 15 minutes of safe walking distance). It was our first time in Ksamil and Albania overall and we really want to recommend this destination and the hotel to everyone!

The host was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the price was very good. The hotel is located in the quiet part of Ksamil. We definitely recommend it, we loved our stay and we hope we will come back! There was nothing to not like.

They offered a really good experience, clean rooms , friendly staffs. They were really helpful throughout our stay . The hotel was walkable distance from some amazing restaurants and the beach. I was really happy with the service and stay over there.

Clean, very friendly staff. Kosta and the family made us feel home. I would recommend it. Perfect breakfast nearby the hotel and a supermarket with good prices 1 min walking. It is a really nice room with modern furniture. The floor wasn't clean. There was hair. Also the breakfast was hard to find and did not have coffee.

Staff is great. Rough terrain, on the hill. Hard to came back if you go by foot. We took bead and breakfast, we have the same breakfast for 7 days (eggs,sausages,chesse,paprika,salami..) always the same.
