Very clean, modern, quiet, comfortable room. Great value. Fantastic breakfast. Great location. Great recommendations for beaches and restaurants from helpful hosts. Would be happy to stay here again. Be sure the name on your reservation matches your credit card. Had to change the name. Fortunately that turned out to be easy.

Well located, walking distance to the main beaches in Ksamil, the entrance is pretty and has parking inside. The staff are super friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty and complete (juice, coffee, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc). We would definitely go back. The breakfast area could be more nicely decorated.

The room was spacious, comfortable beds, great location, good breakfast and very kind hosts. I definitely recommend staying here. No blackout curtains in the bedroom. By 5-5:30am the sun is already hitting the windows.

Wonderful stay! The location is perfect central and walkable to everything. We really appreciated having convenient parking available. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with big smiles. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was soo nice and welcoming, and were extremely helpful! The location was also very good, within a few minutes walk from the main beaches in Ksamil and the city center.

Recent, modern hotel. Family run, impecable service, they really did go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and our vacation unforgettable. Good breakfast, served on the roof of the property. We went to different beaches in Ksamil. The best ones, for us, were a little bit further from the hotel, however it is located in the centre of the city close to many restaurants, bars and markets.

Clean extremely rude and inconsiderate hotel owner (family buisnesses so they are the only staff). Me and my friend were on holiday from the 1st- 8th August. On the first night, me and my freinds went out too explore the night life since it was our first time in ksamil, she was feeling unwell so we headed to our room, and when she entered the hotel she wasn’t feeling well and she fainted on the floor instead of asking the owner asking her, “are you okay?” He started screaming at her and threatening too kick us out at 2am , when in reality we were out the corridor within 3 mins and didn’t make the noise he claimed we did. The following day, he saw that she had thrown up, (she threw up in a plastic bag, no damages was made too the room), he has entered our room without our consent on day the next day, he claimed it was “clean day” but it wasn’t since it was our first full day and clean day is every 2 days. When we came too the hotel he disregarded how my freind felt since she clearly wasn’t feeling well and failed too acknowledge that she was will but instead shouted and threaten that if this happens again he will kick us out without a refund, so from ONLY the 2nd day we had extreme anxiety too leave our room or enter our room since our room was next too his, we had extreme anxiety to come back home from a day or night out. Every time he saw us he wouldn’t even say “hello” or put on even a fake smile,we could tell we were extremely unwelcomed which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. uncomfortable too the point we didn’t even use our included breakfast deal. Furthermore, on our last day as we leaving our room, since our room was on the ground floor we have too pass the reception. This happened around 10/11am too go to the beach, the owners daughter who looked around 11 years old asked us “why are you talking and laughing in your room” I asked her, “are we not allowed to talk or laugh in our hotel room?

The two hosts are so kind and caring about the guests,they greeted us every morning with a delicious breakfast made by them and made us feel at home by helping us to adapt with the local life.the position is excellent,near all the best beaches and restaurants we will for sure come back

Spacious, comfortable and clean room

Hotel Ksamili had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation- the rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, the breakfast fresh and tasty, and the family staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also very quiet even though it was near the busy area with restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend this hotel!
