Parking was available near the hotel or underground. Breakfast was delicious, you had everything you may need and the best thing was it was never empty, they refilled it instantly. You should also try the restaurant, they serve very delicious food. Location was great (one of the main reasons i choose Colosseum) it is in the middle of Ksamil main beach road, you are 3min from the beach, and you could go by walk on many different beaches you like, you are surrounded by bars, lounges, restaurants, markets, fast foods, everything you can ask. Great experience and i would choose it again next time i come in Ksamil

Additionally, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection remained the same each day, with very limited variety, which quickly became repetitive. Overall, the quality and variety of the breakfast did not meet expectations. In summary, the lack of transparency regarding the pool and the average breakfast experience made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated.

The staff was highly professional, friendly and helpful . The refrigerator was not as cold as we wanted but that was not a real problem

The room is large and comfortable. We had a stunning sea sunset view! Location is great, and we could walk to several beaches (parking is difficult in the high season). Few veg options in the hotel restaurant (which unfortunately is an issue in all cities we've been to, except from Tirana. Also, they close the pool at 5 pm because of the restaurant, which is a bummer, as it's around the time you're leaving the beach and want to enjoy. I preferred Himare to Ksamil and Sarande.

Clean rooms. Noisy , dogs barking all night , ugly building , dangerous underground parking. We paid more than twice the published price. Don’t come here.
