Hotel was very comfortable, clean and lot of space on it . Breakfast was nice and the price for what you get there was ok also location was best on the area. Definitely I will be came back!

This hotel is just false advertising amenities. - This is not a beach front hotel - there is no room service - rooms are especially not sound proof Reviews are correct, staff is rude.

The hotel is modern, clean, and has a really convenient location. It’s 3 min walk to Bora Bora beach, and 5 min to Ksamil 7 beach. All the best restaurants and bars are couple minutes away, and still, it’s quiet in the hotel since it’s not over the street. There always were fresh fruits for breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool is nice and warm. That’s not a disadvantage but rather a suggestion for improvement: 1) it would be nice to have cups for toothbrushes in the bathroom 2) we had a room for 3, but there were only 2 tea cups and 1 spoon 3) the water pressure wasn’t always good 4) we’d love to see a bit more variety for breakfast
