Very relaxing and comfortable. ?

There were not enough towels provided in the room. The TV was very outdated and did not support streaming services such as Netflix, which limited the entertainment options. I was surprised to learn that eating inside the room was not allowed, which made the stay less comfortable. In the end, I felt that I paid 120 euros only for a place to sleep, without being able to enjoy the facilities of the room. I believe that for this price, guests should expect better comfort and amenities. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of the stay for future guests.

IT WAS SATISFACTORY ENOUGH.

It was simply perfect. The hotel is spotless (even smells great), located just a few steps away from a great beach, it has big and very comfortable rooms and extremely helpful staff. We highly recommend it!

Bora Bora hotel is a new building with elevator and key card technology. Nice staff. Probably we miss understood something in prior making the reservation coming to Ksamil because we expected for a price of 95 EUR per night to have at least a good breakfast and the entrance to the beach bora bora. However the hotel do not have any connection with the beach nearby, so you pay extra for entrance. Breakfasts were surprisingly boring, this is the first hotel ever we didn’t have any fruits on the table/ only on the pictures around the breakfast area. This is definitely overpriced place in area of Ksamil considering the price we paid for three nights and satisfaction we received.

We’re coming to the Bora Bora Hotel for the 2nd year in a row and were amazed by further improvements over the year. We got the best room in the hotel (huge thanks to Ani for our perfect room and for always being willing to help) to enjoy every beautiful sunset on our spacious terrace with the direct seaview. The location is just perfect, right on the best beach of Ksamil, Bora Bora (thanks to Renato for always positive and seamless experience), just a couple of minutes of walking away from best parties and restaurants of the city. The service in the hotel is just great! The owners are really taking care of everything and focused on continuous improvement. We were totally enjoying amazing authentic breakfast in the hotel (thanks Mira for always delicious dishes with unique local flavour) and Barista-made coffee (can you imagine, barista made coffee every morning for your breakfast on a beautiful terrace?) - huge thanks to Mario for our daily 2 rounds of delicious cappuccino:)) Cleaning in the rooms and in the hotel was absolutely impeccable!!! The cleaning team was doing a really great job every day! Highly recommend to enjoy the best of Ksamil!
