Really nice environment, far from noise, and close to beaches

It is very convenient located…

The location was great! Close to the beach 2-3 minute walk and steps away from the shops and restaurants. Nothing!

The hotel is close to all that you can need in your holidays, has parking and the owner is so talkative and helpful giving recommendations. The room has a good size and was so clean. They upgraded us into a better room with sea view with no charge!

Location 10/10, you can do everthing without car. 5 min walking to the best beach

The property is located within a very short walking distance to the beach. In addition, there are tons of restaurants and bars to go to nearby. This owners of the property were also extremely attentive, welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this property as it was great value for what it offered.

Lovey family run place in the most ideal location. I loved being able to drop my keys at the front desk and jump in the ocean in front of Bora Bora without having to rent a chair. Definitely get a room with the balcony. The kitchen was great to make coffee and breakfast before venturing out for the day. No negatives! Nothing!

Brilliant staff and location.

My rating is based on what i paid for each night. I really enjoyed my stay because i felt welcomed by the two brothers (sorry dont know their names). Communication was good, free parking. Location was perfect. The staff were amazing. I felt very safe most importantly! I recommend this place N/A

I liked the hospitality. The owner tries his best There wasn’t any black out curtains. At night the street lights reflect brightly especially at the front door. From the moment the sun comes up the entire room illuminates couldn’t sleep in because of that.

Very clean. Great location, literally 2 minute walk to the beach. Small room that included AC, fridge, and TV. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Owners are friendly and speak english. We ended up staying three days instead of just one day. They also had a clothes line with clips outside the balcony in case you needed to dry clothes. Payment with cash only.

Probably just a little more plates and utencils.

It all starts with hospitality and main reason I love the place was because of the amazing helpful hosts. Local recommendations, friendly welcome and as accommodating as anybody can be, made my stay exceptional. The location to the best spots in Ksamil was like no other and very affordable. Parking was the best especially knowing that it’s hard to find parking around town, and you can walk to any of the best beaches in town. That I couldn’t stay longer.

Well appointed kitchenette with an excellent balcony. Very kind hosts who shared some brilliant recommendations and were so caring during our stay.

it is the family run hotel. everything was very good, the hosts are very kind, smiling and helpfull. hotel lacation is perfect, walking distance to very famous beaches. none

Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Always there for you, and even helped us with finding the place and with luggage. Good communication skills, English is excellent. View from the room is amazing. Shortcut from the apartments straight to the beach. Very clean place as well. Never crossed my mind that I don't like something.

Great location, close to the beaches and the town centre. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff was so kind and helpful. Acoustic insulation wasn't great as noise from other rooms could be easily heard even on the top floor. Also shower could be better fitted as it was installed in such weird way that the hose would be in the way. And the mattress was way too soft.
