Everything. Location was good and was very walkable. Plenty of transportation options. Had great food available both at the hotel and surrouding resturants. Loved the rooftop bar and pool for relaxing with drinks and food each evening. No complaints.

Breakfast was very good with many varieties. You can walk to downtown twin tower will take 10-15 minutes. North and South hotel buildings are connected, so we have to go 25th floor for swimming pool and roof top bar. Toilet spray pipe was very different because the pressure head was removed. Key card only can access room to lobby, we want to meet at our friends room for discussion but must go down to lobby then room owner must bring the key card to lobby then go together.

Nice rooftop bar, spacious room, comfy bed, nice staff, fast internet Location is off and sometimes difficult to get Grab. As others mentioned, water pressure is too high and there are stains on the carpet. Also, there are stairs in front of the lobby and again in front of elevators, so you need to drag your suitcase. Lastly, unfortunately the rooftop is not a smoke-free area - for me it is negative. Altogether with its location it felt like a nice rural US motel, Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn maybe - which is not bad per se but not what you associate with Hilton

I have stayed here for several times and always the crew are super nice and friendly everytime. And always the comfort of the rooms and the beddings are Hilton quality. I have talked to the reception about the stains on the carpet and they have said they are in the process of refurbishing the rooms with new carpets.

It is a bit far from the train, but still walkable. Not sure if the wall is thin, but our last night we could hear our next door really loud (speaking and shutting the door so often). I called the receptionist, not sure if they had came up to that room but the staff was very nice on the call and assisted us on the other request very quick.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the dining area was clean and inviting.

The wall to wall carpet is stained and needs either a whole overhaul or thorough cleaning.

The only positive aspect of my experience was the front desk employee, Nadiya, who was doing an exceptional job. She assisted customers with outstanding service and maintained a warm, welcoming smile throughout. The room provided was incorrect and did not match my booking. The bed size was poor, and the so-called twin tower view was misleading—you could barely see the tip of the towers. The room was unclean, and even after repeated requests, it was not serviced. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all very disappointing and far below expectations for a hotel at this price point

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and super responsive to your requests. This includes the hotel cleanliness, and comfort, and above all location. Thank you! Nothing much, but at night in the weekends, it can get noisy due to the sound of motorcycles.
