rooms were ok, staff was really good The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately the elevator situation completely ruined the experience. For a 25-story building, having only two elevators is simply unacceptable. Every time we wanted to leave the room or return to it, we had to wait an incredibly long time for an elevator. What should have taken a couple of minutes often took 10–15 minutes because the elevators were constantly full or unavailable. We genuinely felt like we spent a significant part of our trip just waiting for elevators. It became frustrating every single day and seriously affected our overall stay. No matter how comfortable the rooms are, this is a major operational issue. I would not choose this hotel again for this reason alone.

Staff were friendly and kind and location is great The elevators took over 10 minutes at times. As for the room I booked the Aircon wasn’t working. The blinds didn’t close the window completely or even close. And there was no hot water.

RECEPTION STAFF & DINING STAFF'S BEHAVIOUR LIFT.ONE LIFT WAS NOT OPERATIONAL OUT OF THREE LIFTS.REST TWO WERE VERY SLOW MOVING.PERHAPS THE SLOWEST I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME.ALSO ONLY TWO LIFTS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT FOR A BIG HOTEL AS THEY COULD ACCOMODATE ONLY 17 PEOPLE AT MOST.AND DURING MORNING BREAKFAST RUSH HOURS LIFTS WERE UNAVAIABLE AND WE HAD TO USE STIRS TO REACH DINING HALL.ALSO I BOOKED TWO KL TOWER VIEW CORNER ROOM WITH SWIVEL BIG GLASS WINDOW BUT I HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED ONLY ONE CORNER ROOM.OTHER ROOM WAS PRMARILIY SMALL BUT THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS AMAZING AND HE ARRANGED FOR A BIGGER ROOM (THOUGH NOT THE CORNER ROOM)WITHIN 1 HOUR.

Only two of the three elevators were functioning, and in a 27 storey building this meant very long waiting times. Lots of frustration from guests.

The price was very affordable. Breakfast is great! Not only Malaysian food, Indisn food was also prepared. I liked daily special noodle soup.

Excellent room...a bit small (single) but comfortable, clean and quiet. Very nice roof-top pool with panoramic views toward KLCC and the downtown area. Very good value for money. Not the hotel's fault, but the location, sandwiched between the Malay Kampung Baru and the less than salubrious Chow Kit is far from ideal. The Monorail is 300 m away, but doesn't really connect well with other public transport services. Lack of decent restaurants or food courts in the area, but at least if you're really hungry you can buy a cow's head in the night market up along Jalan Raja Alang!

The location of the hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy The room assigned probably near the elevator shaft ( room 710). Could here the lift going up and dwn and the noise made it irritating.. bathroom lights were rather dim. Only 2 dwn lights. There was probably a power surge during my stay as the lights kept flickering. Breakfast was ok.. . the braised peanuts for porridge was already sour. Please do not hve a hsekeeping staff going around sweeping the floor during breakfast when guests are seated at their tables. The staff was practically sweeping the floor in between the tables when guests were eating. He did it next to mine .. the cover of the porridge fell into the pot of porridge and the kitchen staff doing the replenishment didnt notice it.. Porridge was excellent and so was the masala tea .2 thumbs up.
